I bought 8-piece chicken last week that cost me $25.00 plus which is expensive compare with a local restaurants BBQ 2 halves chicken for just $11:00.When I got home there were 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs but only 1 breast. I'm wondering what's their procedure to ensure accurate counting of the product.

This place is the worst I came by on 3/25/2024 at 9:25 pm they close at 10 pm at time of writing I pulled up to the drive through no one answered I saw a employee come from their break into the back door older gentleman I thought to myself ok surely they’ll tell someone that there’s someone wanting to order I wait 3 minutes then I pull forward to the window and I see the same gentleman glance and almost as if to avoid looking obvious walk out of view now I understand you may feel underpaid or you cleaned 2 hours before closing time but I’m sure company policy expects you to receive orders till the time you said your closed if not then their needs to be a corporate policy change that store managers should push instead of placing your employees in this situation

very bad experience, the manager is bitter and spoiled, the manager speaks badly to her customers and the place is disgusting, it is always dirty, if my opinion helps you, look for another place to buy chicken.

The whole staff was extremely polite but Q and Ted went above and beyond on customer service. Service with a smile is very rare these days but those two guys were all smiles, very polite, and helpful. Food was hot and fresh and ready in a time manner for a big order. So go get some good, hot food and great customer service!I will definitely be back! Best Popeyes I have ever been to coast to coast!!
