Good food and great smiling staff!
food is always great. service was good. it was a lot louder than usual the last time we went, the hostess table was not on its game. I told the hostess I had a party of 7, and she said ok. without writing my name down. I watched several groups after I showed up, approached the hostess, and got names written down. I asked if she wrote my name down, and she said no, she was waiting for another hostess to come back and give her a waiting time. I watched them lead a large party to their table to be escorted back to the waiting area because folks weren't done.
The food here is amazing. From the Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese to the honey croissants I've never had a negative experience dining here.

I like this Rafferty's, but the marianated ribeye wasn't good today. It had an off taste. Very good service as usual.
I've heard a few negative reviews about this place but my first time visiting here everything was perfect The food the service I loved everything.
My ribeye and baked sweet potato was good but my salad could have been better. The ranch dressing that the restaurant supply company is supplying is horrible. Hardly any taste at all and it doesn't stick to the salad mixings so all you taste is plain lettuce, tomato and cheese. Ordering extra dressing @ 39¢ each doesn't help as it doesn't help the weak flavor of the existing dressing, even after stirring it up constantly. I eventually realized a lost cause, left it and ate my entree. My brother also complained that his mashed potatoes were flavorless and put some of my extra ranch dressing on them to help, but it didn't because the ranch dressing is almost tasteless.

Not as good as the one in memphis used to be. I have fond memories if the food. The 1 side item thing sucks and it costs way more than it used to. But then again everything is. Great waitress and great food.
