First time to visit here and we will be back. Had the fried shrimp basket from the lunch menu and it was delicious and filling. Six big shrimp with a light batter and fried golden. Also a generous serving of fries. All for $9 so you can't beat that. Plus they gave a 10% veterans discount. Food and service were very good!

Went for my boys 7th birthday, our waiter was very scattered. My mother in-law is very hard of hearing and has a problem order sometimes. Our waitress did not have any patience. At the end of our meal before we left the waiter came buy and asked us about the “cracker” for the crab legs insisting that we took it. We were a table of 5 and only received one. Not to mention we didn’t get silverware until way after our food was out. Waiter kept standing around saying well I guess I’m gonna have to pay for it etc when we didn’t take it!!

It taste freezer burnt. I had catfish and hush puppies. I’m glad I didn’t leave a tip. It’s a nice scenery and the staff were “ok”. This is my first and last time eating here.

We had a great dining experience. The staff was kind and courteous, the food was out of this world.
Our server was very attentive and helpful.
If you live seafood then give them a try. We regret nothing!
Thank you Red Hook.

I’m very disappointed in the service so I’m not taking the time for writing and grammar errors. I placed an order over the phone for breaded all flat chicken wings tossed in honey gold with a side of fries. I was told it would be extra for the flats and i said that’s fine. She never said the wings couldn’t get tossed. Upon entering the restaurant i headed over to the pick up area. The short lady with glasses asked if i had an order and then starting saying my phone number. I said that is correct and then stated i forgot to ask for ranch in the bag can you please check. She said you asked for honey gold. I then replied that is correct but i asked for them to be tossed in honey gold and would like to dip them in ranch. She says we don’t do that here. I said i just ate here a few days ago and they did it for me with no problem. She says it must have been the black manager guy at take out. I said what black manager guy. Again i ate here a few days ago on the inside. She says ok and walks to go get my food. As you can see my wings are not like i ordered and she gave me two sauces for tossing for our 12 wings. I let her know that her statement was very discriminatory and i wasn’t pleased. No reply!

Our first time ever here and let me tell you, if you like seafood you have to try this place! We had Jeremy as our server and he was highly attentive, knowledgeable, and on point with the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. We shared a combo platter with shrimp, muscles, and clams in mild garlic butter sauce. It comes out in a bag that you pour out on a platter. Will definitely be coming back!

The food was less than stellar yet expensive and the menu is somewhat idiotic. I have had seafood all over the country and this is the first time I went to a restaurant that didn't just have boils. Having to buy a pound of whatever kind/ kinds of meat to simply get an actual boil makes no sense at all. I don't mind payload money f6good seafood, but this was good money for an okay seafood boil that I had to build myself. I guess I am just spoiled and used to Juicy Seafood in Smyrna. The food is amazing, the prices are good and they actually have noils on the menu and boils with fully peeled no head shrimp, so you can just open the bag and eat.

I love going to Redhook, their food is always so good. However I do want to mention that I’m taking my rating from a 5 to a 4 because the Redhook sauce is not as flavorful anymore. This is the 3rd time me noticing it, to the point I’m not so thrilled to go anymore.

Crab legs no good. I got three very small clusters the outer legs so small they didn’t have meat in them because they was cooked WAY TO LONG. The only part that had meat came out as mush because they was cooked too long. Corn was hard. Took 20 minutes to get our mixed drinks (they weren’t busy). My dad’s drink came out incorrect 2 times before he told them just to forget it then charged him for the drink anyways. Needless to say we won’t be back
