Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food was not good me and the husband almost had second thoughts pulling up and we decided to stay we should have listen to our guts, I ordered a lava burger the cheese quest was cold, was not maid correctly considering I don't eat bread you notice everything served me only glazed onions on the patty when it was missing tomatoes and jalapeño . Then I ordered a glass of wine and then they informed me they had been out for 3 weeks in just out done I didn't finish my food at this point I was just ready to leave.. do not suggest this location..

Staff was helpful and friendly but one of the fryers was broken (?) so we couldn't order anything fried. The store was dirty (food all over the floor, chairs sticky, floor greasy). We paid for our drinks and left to go elsewhere for food.

I ordered a plain burger with just cheese and ketchup and I received two incorrect ones before getting it right. We waited for over an hour before getting our food. Server was kind and apologized, however I was never offered a refund for the extra long wait.

Hostess tonight couldn’t care if we were alive or dead. Seated at two different dirty tables. Employees standing around while tables stay unbussed and dirty. Only 4 families here for obvious reasons. This will be our last visit.

First time at a Red Robin since I lived out west. Atmosphere was good but the food was a little off. It tastes good but was different from what I remembered. Service was good and attentive.

Excellent restaurant! We had a large party, and the speed of service and receiving our food was impressive! Food was delicious! A great place to celebrate our granddaughter’s first piano recital! 👏👏👏❤️

It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!
