Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ate there just the other day and although I don’t normally write reviews this server was so outstanding and I, myself, have experience in the industry and felt she was certainly deserving of this 5 star review! Alexis is an outstanding server at Red Robin! From the moment you’re seated, she provides friendly and attentive service, ensuring your experience is smooth and enjoyable. She’s knowledgeable about the menu, quick with recommendations, and always checks in without being intrusive. Whether it’s refilling drinks, customizing orders, or just adding a warm touch to your visit, Alexis goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. If you're dining at Red Robin, you’ll be lucky to have Alexis as your server!

As far as food my favs from Red Robin are the whiskey river bbq burger, Ensenada chicken platter and of course the bottomless steak fries!! This location does service and food so well. I’ll be back!!

I went into Red Robin’s yesterday and got extremely good service from the waitress Alexis , even though it was busy she always came by to make sure everything was good and to make sure all of our needs were met. I don’t usually leave reviews but just thought I’d leave one this time because of how great Alexis attended our table and made it an enjoyable visit to Red Robin’s we will be returning back to this location soon!

I stopped by Red Robin earlier today and I left pleasantly surprised. Now I don’t eat Red Robin very often but when I do it’s a pretty average experience. However, today in Jackson was the best experience I’ve had at a Red Robin yet! My server Alexis was very good, she was super sweet and patient with me. The service was amazing and I didn’t have to wait very long for my food. Once my order had arrived at my table I was surprised at how well my burger was cooked and it was delicious. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

P.s: I had the Royal Red Robin burger with no lettuce and tomatoes

Arrived at 1 and there was only a couple tables in the whole restaurant. Took over 15 minutes for our server to come greet us after being seated and we were her only table at that point. Her other two tables were cashing out as we sat down
Alexis gave poor service at best, she got 1/2 our drink orders wrong and they took longer than the food to even come out. The bartender made excellent drinks on the upside and was so friendly and polite when he dropped off our drinks. Asked if we needed anything else, waters topped off, another order of bottomless fries ect.
Alexis did not provide such service.
She checked in one time when we were finishing up, never pulled plates that were set to the side, we also had to ask for napkins. Not sure if this is the reason, but we did observe her friendliness and attentiveness increase substantially with one other table that was sat after we ordered and the only difference was they had no kids. Overall a disappointing experience when we usually love Red Robin.

Very slow service. Overpriced food with deceptive menu. Be careful when ordering 'endless sides' with a burger. The 'endless sides' are listed in 1 box snd premium sides are listed in a separate adjacent box. However, only the first 3 in the 'endless sides' list are free. Check the small print to see the others in the same box have. an up-charge, which means we actually paid $14.79 or more each for 2 smallish sized burger plus $2.99 each for sweet potato fries. Ridiculous burger size for the price. But, the biggest complaint is that neither our server nor her manager could operate their equipment to utilize our gift card, even though i called and verified that there was $50.00 on the. card. This says to me that neither are competent enough to do their job While they have no control over pricing issues, they do have total control over the service they provide which includes knowing how to work their own machinery.

This food was not good, I have been to multiple Red Robin’s and this has by far been the worst. Service is slow despite not having many customers, and the food tastes chemically. The only thing I enjoyed was the water.

Service sucked!! Waitress looked at us several times... had to ask for our drinks after already ordered. Not busy at all. Had to ask for refills on drinks after several tries and looks from waitress.

Worst food I have ever had use too go here all the time use too have amazing burgers but this visit the burgers were the size of kids burgers that were over cooked and terrible fries were raw and at $19 a burger so not worth it I’ve had better food at McDonald’s will never eat here again manager said that’s what they have now so

We went in for my son’s 18th birthday. We had a party of 18. The staff was super amazing and got our tables set up quickly and we had no wait. The waitress was on point and kept our drinks full and didn’t mess up not one of the many checks we had. The food came quickly and was delicious. It couldn’t have been a more perfect birthday. Thank you!!
