I got the Blackey Salmon, not sure if it was left under a light or over cooked in the oven. The cheese was melted, dried, brown and hard to cup on top of the salmon which was over cooked and hard around the edges. The meshes potatoes was dry, The mushrooms I won't try to explain. The sweet tea was really good not over sweet. Maybe I ordered the wrong food. Possibly will try a Red Bone in another city.

This was my first time dining at Redbone’s and it did not disappoint. Finding solid cajun cuisine can be a real challenge. The Crawfish Etouffee was filling and every bite full of delicious crawfish. This paired with some top notch live music while eating made the environment enjoyable.

This restaurant features mostly Cajun food. I'm actually not a fan, but their fried shrimp was delicious. Service was above average as well.

Finally! After months of dismal service and quality with restaurants within Memphis and Cordova, Tn - (quick food places and otherwise). My coworkers and I decided on Redbone’s Bar and Grill!! What a place! Super Positive place! The greeting we received was amazing. People actually acted like they wanted us to be there.! Our server Captain Kurt! Was PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!! The professional attitude, enthusiasm and Care was beyond!!! Quality still exists!!! The Food was AWESOME!!! Cooked to order! Super Fresh!!! Super Awesome Vibes! All the support there acted like they wanted to be there, which is such a change from living and existing where I do now. THANK YOU REDBONE’S Bar and Grill- Can’t wait to visit again!!!

The highlight of our experience was the vibrant atmosphere. Food was subpar at best. I thought the very small order of gator bites was not worth 14 dollars. My husbands ribeye only came with 1 side for 35 dollars. My burger was dried out and my friends half rack was more like a 1/4 rack. I smoke ribs often and i am well aware of what a typical rack of ribs looks like. Does a side salad really cost that much? The service was good right up until I asked Kaitlin for an extra napkin for my disabled brother only to get attitude from her. I thought it was kinda odd as my group was very kind and polite to her. Made me feel like disabled people were not welcome. Just got a weird unwelcoming vibe from her. Other than that, it was a good time other than disappointing food and service. The place has an amazing vibe if they could just match that with a higher quality/better value of food as well as hire and train service staff to be compassionate and provide good service.
