every time we’ve come to this store which has been quite a few times, they have gotten it wrong, not had something, and this time they gave our food away to the wrong person. the staff is not clear on communication at all. I always like to give businesses a chance even after mistakes because we’re all human. But I find it a little ridiculous that 100% of my experiences here have been negative. Probably won’t be coming back!

We got take out here for the first time yesterday and it was good. There were some mistakes but nothing too crazy. I got a medium Coke Zero and my girlfriend got a large root beer but they got the sizes mixed up. I ordered just the chicken wrap but they gave me fries too; never complaining about free food. My only real complaint is that the parking lot is laid out weird.

I pass by this location almost every single day, eather going home or leaving. I believe that I already done an review on this location. Honestly I only remember leaving still hungry...but Glad to have a new chicken business here in Jackson Tennessee.

Lazy workers. Every time we come here something is wrong with our order. Whether something is missing or our order wasn’t even listened to and it didn’t even make it to the receipt. If you come here avoid the drive thru.
Efficient, professional & attentive service, which is the norm for Slim Chickens stores. Much preferred over Raising Kanes stores.

The girl in the drive thru was friendly but for the first time my chicken was cold. I visit the Murfreesboro and Hendersonville locations often and my food is always fresh. I was disappointed.

I feel like you guys got me hooked when first opening and now the wings have been getting smaller and tougher... with cold sauce on the strips shaken made them like nuggets from Wendy's...
