Management will give you unsweet tea and try to gaslight you by saying they gave you sweet tea. I went there two times a day to order sweet tea so I know for a fact they gave me unsweetened tea. Differently will never go back to a sonic in Jackson Tennessee.

Service is good but so sad to see sonic was caught up in the wave... adapt burgers are same as Jr's. Fries are small greasy and over cooked Sonic has reached their ultimate low. No where to go but up. So disappointed 😞

I took a drink of my tea after I had left Sonic in Jackson Tennessee, on my ay home. Big mistake !!! I should of done so before I left for it tasted like old tea, not fresh. GROSS.

I get sick every time I eat here. They closed the app thirty minutes early so I couldn't get my half priced drink, which is all i wanted this trip. The carhop was very nice and is the only reason they have a 2.

Love the food I got. My taco salad was É“ig. I ate on it till it was full got a white container and it was full to take home. One problem got appitizer after finish with food. It was fried green tomatoes. I ate all the food the next day.It was still great

The employees are great, extremely nice, the food is good but someone needs to come to this branch and renovate a bit. Alot of times the screens quit working, the card slots don't work and I know it aggravates the customer but I know it has to aggravate the employees other than that great job guys the buffalo chicken bites are the bomb!
