Recently visited here. The workers were laughing, joking and playing around. The ice-cream was basically soup and wasn't given exactly what i asked for. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate it being wasted. Management needs to drastically improve this sonic.

Went here recently for blasts. I was not happy AT ALL when I got home and my blast had a little bit of toppings sprinkled on the top and literally NO toppings in the rest of the cup. It was just a cup of vanilla ice cream. I had just got home from traveling 12 hours ago I wasn't going back. RIDICULOUS! This is NOT the first time either something has been like that, wrong altogether and the service is normally terrible. This is the reason we hardly go here!

Kenley was rude and forgot our order, was dismissive when we asked about it and all of our items were melted when handed at the window. Waited 20 minutes for a slushy drink and it’s melted. Will not come back.

I picked up a Doordash order from the Chloe Place location, which was all milkshakes. I said hello to the young lady at the window, no response, she just hands me the drinks out the window and closes the door. Rude! No thank you or anything. People in fast food need to realize that without customers, you wouldn't have a job. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Pulled into sonic after driving for damn near 12 hours for food …. Pulled up to a spot pressed the button got screamed at that it was drive through only no hello no please absolutely completely rude pulled around to the drive through ordered my food then pulled up to the drive thru where I watched this girl talk to the guy in front of me for almost ten minutes before even taking his card … I had three people behind me that I could see and watched 3-4 other people leave because they didn’t wanna wait forever …. Got to my car and they got my ordered completely wrong I’m so pissed don’t recommend coming here and I recommend yall get a new night shift staff having a sonic completely ran by teenagers or adult that can’t act their age is horrendous

Came here to get a drink and snack. I tried the new lavender lemonade and when I got it the visual quality was questionable. Before I could even decide if I wanted to mention it or not the lovely Ms. Queen ask if I was happy with it. I admitted that it really looked unappealing and she immediately offered to remake it for me. She went out of her way for me and it was FABULOUS! I ordered one every time I go now!! I appreciated so much that she genuinely cared that I was happy with my entire order not many people do that.

Cold food GM needs to be fired they make all the drinks wrong every time I order and I saw him yelling at an employee his staff is mostly girls why is he around all those young girls??? Don’t eat here..

We ordered online and yes it did come out pretty fast But got home to eat had to warm everything up chili hot dog was cold chili cheese fries where cold and the fries where old (tasted bad) I was supposed to have a hot fudge chocolate shake I ordered and got a vanilla shake . My husband food was right burger good tator totes hot got his chocolate shake right. But my whole order was cold and not right. We don't get to eat out alot cause of money. So very disappointed with this location Probably won't be going back to this location and warn others to stay away
