Spent $19+ dollars for a meal for one. Asked for ketchup. Didn’t get the ketchup nor napkins. They should ask about condiments each and every time. Napkins? That goes without saying. I don’t generally eat there because of the prices. The poor service combined with the prices is just too much.

Did a DoorDash order for a strawberry shake and a hot fudge shake. Both shakes were vanilla. The strawberry had a couple strawberries thrown in the bottom. Very disappointed in the fact that adding the flavor to a shake is not that hard.

Online order. Two double smash burgers and jalapeño poppers. Had tomato and lettuce added to both burgers, neither one was added to either. Supposed to be 6 poppers and ranch. Had 5 poppers and no ranch. I'm not sure how people can be so incompetent.

I went last night with my bf to get some food and they left out part of my order. It wasn’t a big deal to me until the girls working seemed to be pointedly ignoring our car. We pressed the button to speak to someone and they ignored us for over 20 minutes. I pressed it 3 separate times and all they’d do was look over and NOT answer. They finally gave me the rest of my order after my boyfriend had to get out of the car and go to another stall to press the button and they finally answered.
Sonic hit a homerun with new smash burger! So so good This location has always been good for us for service and consistency

Food is always good here service was good. I ordered a ice coffee here and it was 90% ice i even said easy ice. 5-6 sips then drink is gone and cup is still heavy with ice what a rip off. 3 times getting ice coffee here and I wont order it again. 2 times out of 3 packed with small ice that takes up whole drink. Thats theft in my opinion.
