This Starbuck apparently has more customers than it needs. I came by about 1pm on a Wednesday with the doors locked and only serving through the drive in at the sole discretion of the employees. I called the district manager to report, however the call went to voice mail and no reply to my message has yet been received.I do not recommend this particular Starbucks.

This place sucks!! You place a mobile order then have to wait in line for a half hour!!!! Then I get up to the window, and they didn't even make it right!!!! My GODDNESS!! GET YOUR STORE IN ORDER OR CLOSE ALREADY! NEVER STOPPING AT THIS PLACE AGAIN! YOU JUST LOST A DAILY CUSTOMER!

I waited for several minutes at the counter and NOT ONE employee greeted me or even told me to 'hold on one moment.'. I used the bathroom and did a mobile order. We came out of the bathroom and waited in the order pickup area. After 5 more minutes or so, the employee handed me my drink and told me, 'Sorry about that wait.' Emily at the counter and the guy working drive thru wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Drink was just ok, not as good as other Starbucks locations.

I Believe the manager at the moment told me and my friend when we walked in we are a little stock up so do you still want to wait we continued to say yes that’s fine after we ordered she says oh no we don’t have food then checks and she had what we ordered then she said oh no our oven is down so you still want the drinks we said yes we do and then while waiting we still seem like 9 orders of food come out this was 06/8/25 @11:36am

Worst place. My advice would be to drive to a different location. Good thing I checked my cup before actually taking a sip. What a drag and waist of MY money. Staff was beyond slow and clueless.

Lady attending the front gave attitude just because online order didn’t give me an option to get my latte iced. I get it to advise us that next will be a charge but you don’t have to saying in a very short temper tone. Not being even busy. I’ll just stick to the Starbucks at Stonebridge.
As a former employee I just want to warn everyone not to spend their hard earned money at this establishment. Jessica the manager has a terrible attitude towards the partners and rewards poor behavior. The baristas here don’t sanitize the equipment so if you order a non dairy hot drink, most likely it’s been cross contaminated with regular milk because they’re lazy and don’t wipe the steam wand. They also don’t take the time to correctly prepare the drinks how the customers order them, even when it’s an up charge. Overall, I would recommend staying away.

There was a small error to my order when I came in the next day and mentioned it Ted happily offered a resolve with some of the best customer service I’ve had since Covid and the declination of good service in customer service. Very clean and everything tastes great!

I stopped by here with my family in our way out of town. We had just picked up some puppies last night and needed a quick breakfast on the way out of town. The staff here was the absolute sweetest and nicest people ever and to top it off our food and drinks came out incredibly fast. They even offered to warm up our pastries! I come from Chicago where we do not get this kind of service at Starbucks! Awesome people highly recommend!

I order a mobile order arrive on 9/29/24 15 min later my drinks came on time but my 4 bakery items wasn’t even prepared until 20 min later and I ask for a bag the white man with glasses refused. Terrible service and will never go back to that Starbucks again
