Haven’t been to this store in a while but stopped recently and the experience was infinitely better than last time. Employees seemed to be happier and much more friendly. Will come by again!

Visiting from out of town and was told N. Highland had all the good food places! Apparently a coworker contacted his mother, gave me multiple side eyes and created a hostile environment because he simply didn’t like my friend? This is extremely unprofessional and childish if I spent money here and simply was waiting for a nearby restaurant to finish an order. I’d be careful, the drinks were ok but I guess if a coworker doesn’t like you, you’ll get discriminated against. :/ Very disappointed and wasted money here.
Terrible Store - took over 40 minutes to get my order only for them to tell me they pretty much forgot about it. Never Again.

This Starbuck apparently has more customers than it needs. I came by about 1pm on a Wednesday with the doors locked and only serving through the drive in at the sole discretion of the employees. I called the district manager to report, however the call went to voice mail and no reply to my message has yet been received.I do not recommend this particular Starbucks.

This place sucks!! You place a mobile order then have to wait in line for a half hour!!!! Then I get up to the window, and they didn't even make it right!!!! My GODDNESS!! GET YOUR STORE IN ORDER OR CLOSE ALREADY! NEVER STOPPING AT THIS PLACE AGAIN! YOU JUST LOST A DAILY CUSTOMER!
