Going to Starbucks meant a lot to me to be able to do this morning, since I've been struggling alot lately. I'm a new rewards member on the app, and when I was asked to scan my phone using it, I wasn't sure what to do, or how to do it. Kayleigh not only showed me how to navigate the app, but explained what scanning the barcode does, and why I always want to always do that for the future when ordering at the check-out counter. She said it allows the point of sale to connect with the member by pulling up their profile, as well as it allows for the member to get the most from the advantage of being a mobile app rewards member (1pt per $1 spent). Because I scanned the barcode, she also didn't have to ask for my name when I placed the order, as I had already entered it in the app. This information was very helpful. Shout-out to Kayleigh for being knowledgeable. The app is very efficient (since my receipt was made available right there on it), and my order was made just right! Good morning experience. Good service!!

Worst coffee! Multiple days, multiples drinks, terrible every time at this location!! With prices increasing higher, Starbucks needs to do better and make sure a quality product is delivered.

The staff at this Starbucks are top tier. I come to town every week traveling for work and make sure to stop by this location each day. The staff takes the extra step to remember drinks and the people they serve . I always feel welcomed at this location and a friendly environment.

We went in last night and ordered 4 frappes. The girl who took the order was helpful, guessing she may be the manager but the girl making the drinks was new. We gave her the chance and opportunity to learn but she kept messing things up, several times things had to be dumped or remade. That wasn't the problem as much as she had her elbow and hoodie sleeve down in the blender because she kept reaching over it. Half her elbow was down in the blender, we chose to forfeit the drinks we already paid for and just leave. That's gross and unhygienic. So we got 1 coffee out of 4. Even that 1 had to be remade and then cleaned off because it was a mess. Out $20, but atleast I won't be having any hoodie sleeves in my coffee. Please school your employees on proper handling of food and they need to keep their hair out of everything also. It's just gross.

Easy in and out. I wished I had placed my order through the app. I decided to in this time. The menu to me is different than the app. Was given the wrong coffee, but it wasn't bad. Pretty good. I will try this one again. Nice store. Customer service was good.

Worst cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! I know Starbucks prices have increased while quality has decreased over the last few years and I haven’t been in a while. Decided to try again while traveling from PA to TX. Well, it’s gotten worse. Maybe it’s this store because there was absolutely nobody there at 7 am on a Monday and I think I know why. My coffee with light cream was actually coffee grounds and mostly cream. The sandwich was not edible. At least they gave me money back. I’ll never go to one again.

The girl at the drive-thru window actually point her finger in my face and scream at me. I was in a hurry and it was a mobile pick up so i skipped the talking at the order post and went straight to the pick up window. Even if i was in the wrong but for her to point her finger in my face and scream in my face that is so unprofessional and so humiliated. It's been months and i can't forget it. Every time i think of starbucks i remembered that incident. Thanks a lot for the memory. Even my mom don't point her finger in my face and scream at me.

Since Starbucks is wayyyu overpriced for a coffee shop i didn't appreciate the limited selection of fridge items. Plus I ordered a grill chz/ ham and chz both WELL DONE. I overly specified that to Jayden...because he was both chef and cashier. He proceeds to do what he wants to do and just runs it through the machine 1x. Luckily I was standing there watching ?. So I said to him, hey Jayden you forgot I said we'll done a bunch of times? He says we'll it's really only 1 setting. Unless you want to send it through a 2nd time? I'm like yes please send it through a 2nd time. I'm ok with a little burn. He's like ok. But $25 for 2 little sandwiches and the gouda/egg box can I please have it how I ordered it... geezzzzLuizzzzz!!!!! He fixed it right. But his initial response was I'm just going to give it to her like this. Had I not been paying attention to his preparation, it could have gone wayyy differently because after saying WELL DONE nearly a dozen times to impress upon him the importance of browning. $25 in a coffee ☕️ shop is already ridiculous. Like I said he fixed it upon me saying something but come on folks!!! If you are going to do anything, do it well.

I hope the new CEO is telling the truth when he says he will upgrade the wifi. Most Starbucks barley work. This location it took almost a full minute to load an Amazon page. That's old time dial up speeds. I can barely check email at some locations. I travel the country. I have started looking for alternatives to Starbucks.
