Weird experience at this Starbucks. Very impersonal interaction with the staff. Weird rules regarding personal cup.

The individual who took my order refused to touch my personal cup. She had me place my cup in a container. Then she saw there was a couple of drops of coffee left in the cup from earlier in the day, and she refused to fill it because it was not sanitary. She then pointed to the rest room and had me go in the rest room to clean it out. At this point I had to start laughing because we all know how sanitary public restrooms are. I came out of the rest room with my cup, put it in the little container, and finally got my coffee.

I asked the lady who took my order why she fills personal cups like that. She said it’s Starbucks policy. I told her this is the first Starbucks I’ve been to that does it that way. She did not seem to care and just said all Starbucks do it that way. I’ve been to Starbucks from coast to coast, Mexico, Europe, and they take my cup, rinse it out for me if it needs it, and fills it up, this is the only Starbucks that has the “don’t touch the personal cup procedure”.

Stopped by this Starbucks and everything was smooth. My drink was made correctly, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean with plenty of seating. Quick service and consistent quality — exactly what I expect from Starbucks.

Easy to order and they almost didn’t give us our full order! Handed us one of our two coffees and our croissant, said “thank you” and closed the window. We waited there until she noticed us again, about 4 minutes. Also sign on the door said “drive thru open”. While I appreciate that, it would be nice to be in larger print to be read from the car instead of having to walk up to the door to see they only had the drive thru open. That said, coffee was as expected, not great but not terrible.

Just visiting Jackson, Tennessee, where I was able to try coffee made from the M.I.T designed clover machine! Only about 40 starbucks stores carry this machine!

First impression of the coffee: it tastes similar to a French press coffee. There is no paper filter, so the coffee oils are retained in the coffee, giving a stronger aroma and flavor compared to drip coffee. Same price as a drip coffee, so if you're looking for upping the flavor, without switching to espresso, it's definitely worth trying!

Made an online order arrived within 2 minutes of my online order.8:01pm They told me it would be just a minute. I proceeded to wait in the drive thru for an additional 15 minutes while they served the one vehicle in front of me. I brought this to the attention of the lead on shift and she said that they could not ask the person in front of me to pull forward while they served the line of people behind me. Absolutely ridiculous and I would definitely say my worst experience ever with Starbucks and all the years of having ordered. Use common sense. If someone is ordering 10 drinks, ask them to pull ahead and park so that others can get their drinks. I waited at the window for over 2 minutes before they even opened the window to serve me

Going to Starbucks meant a lot to me to be able to do this morning, since I've been struggling alot lately. I'm a new rewards member on the app, and when I was asked to scan my phone using it, I wasn't sure what to do, or how to do it. Kayleigh not only showed me how to navigate the app, but explained what scanning the barcode does, and why I always want to always do that for the future when ordering at the check-out counter. She said it allows the point of sale to connect with the member by pulling up their profile, as well as it allows for the member to get the most from the advantage of being a mobile app rewards member (1pt per $1 spent). Because I scanned the barcode, she also didn't have to ask for my name when I placed the order, as I had already entered it in the app. This information was very helpful. Shout-out to Kayleigh for being knowledgeable. The app is very efficient (since my receipt was made available right there on it), and my order was made just right! Good morning experience. Good service!!

Worst coffee! Multiple days, multiples drinks, terrible every time at this location!! With prices increasing higher, Starbucks needs to do better and make sure a quality product is delivered.

The staff at this Starbucks are top tier. I come to town every week traveling for work and make sure to stop by this location each day. The staff takes the extra step to remember drinks and the people they serve . I always feel welcomed at this location and a friendly environment.
