A male employee left the unisex bathroom door unlocked while handling himself with a camera. My underage daughter walked in on him. Contacted store, was told a manager would be contacting me back. No call has been received. Never had this happen at any other Starbucks location. Will NOT be going back to this one.

Usually make the drinks well parking and drive through are a nightmare when busy. Over half of the parking spaces aren't accessible when the drive through is busy

Highly disappointed in this coffee shop. Three weeks ago, I got an iced venti breve with extra shots and extra sugar free vanilla. It was so watery that I couldn't even taste the coffee and the half and half tasted watered down. This Sunday, I got the same drink and it the espresso tasted horrible. I don't know how else to describe it except that it tasted like the aftertaste you get after vomiting. I hate saying that because the barista's were very sweet and tried to fix it for me, but it was so undrinkable still that I ended up throwing away a drink that cost me $9.33 plus my tip. The barista's and the atmosphere is great, I really enjoy coming here to do schoolwork but the coffee is off putting and inconsistent at worst.

Cold brew is on point, esthetic of the store is unique (and I have been to starbucks stores in 8 different countries this year,) and Kyle is a stellar batista. Will make it a point to come back when I'm in town.
