I was at this location this morning with my friend. We were inside and my friend was in line in front of me and had no problem ordering. After she was done and paid I stepped up with my card in hand. The worker, her name was Allison, just walked away without saying a word. Just left me standing there at the register with no explanation. Thought this was very ridiculous and rude. Didn’t get anything and won’t be back.

Union University is the only and I mean ONLY Starbucks that shorts me coffee when I ask for light ice. I’m not purchasing a freaking slushie….like what even? Also, the one down town treats me like a princess.

I have only gone to this location for drinks so I can't comment on the food. I always purchase my drinks on the app so all I have to do is go in and get my drinks. If the drive-thru is slow I use it. The drinks are always made correctly and ready when I arrive. The employees always greet me with a smile and a good attitude. I will return to this location.
