My drinks came out in no time! I have never been anywhere that has served me as fast as this shop! Customer service was perfect. I was greeted and had a conversation with the barista who took my order, as well as getting my drink as to what seemed like less than a minute later! Out of any Starbucks in the area, I will continue to choose this one! Absolutely amazing!

Not really understanding why the barista had to get an attitude with my 12 year old cousin. She was using a visa gift card she got for her birthday to pay for her drink and she tried to insert the chip (it doesn’t have one, again she is 12) and he was all “Don’t do that. Don’t do that, DONT DO THAT!” She literally only tried one time and I was standing behind her so I didn’t see, and he was so loud that I was like “what did you do?!” And she just said “I tried to insert the chip sorry” and he just glared at me. Like I understand you hate your job and I hate mine sometimes too (a SERVER) but we have to be nice—especially to children and this was why he didn’t get a tip. My little cousin is very mild mannered and has anxiety issues and she didn’t need that from him.

Basic coffee was lukewarm for first order for second, I ordered a decaf coffee.They told us that they offer decaf coffee. I asked if it was a pour over and they said no. I asked if it was brewed . They said it's brewed but it is not decaf.... I stared for about 5 seconds and just said just basic coffee please.

Been here several times and always had a great experience. Will definitely be back. It is very convenient and nice to go shopping and get a coffee at the same spot. Also, the staff there are very friendly and have always had a great attitude when I have visited. Sometimes it is important to remember that places such as this is often busy, especially this location and it is difficult to be personable to everyone when you are backed up with orders like they often are.

After shopping and getting my medicine I stopped at Starbucks to chill out...I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino...it was incredibly delicious!!! I really enjoy chilling out with this delicious Frappuccino. Thank you again.

I tried this Starbucks because I love Target so much. Never again. When I didn't see an item I usually get on their menu, I tried asking the lady up front if they serve it like other Starbucks do (the Vanilla Creme made with whole milk). She rudely interrupted me with a snarky attitude and said, "Look we don't make Tik-Tok drinks here"... while I was showing her the Vanilla Creme in the Starbucks app. The assumption and rudeness irked me. The drink she ultimately made wasn't even good, had espresso in it when the regular Vanilla Creme doesn't even have it in there unless you want it to be. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Next time I'm in Target, I'm only there for Target.

Employee was rude and told me to make a complaint to Google about the times. We don't normally go to Starbucks, but we were gifted gift cards and wanted to stop. When we walked in, the lady snapped and said it closed at 8. I said why do the hours state 9? She said make a complaint to Google. I didn't appreciate the rude tone in her voice. This is why I hate going to Target.

Black Gold

If this was a vintage Starbucks, I will rate it accordingly but it's just a typical coffee shop.Pros- Merchandise for sale. Outside Patio.Cons- All tall chairs. No small to accommodate small people or Ergonomics vibe. Dirty tables.

I'll start this post by saying it was late in the evening on Black Friday, this location was busy and everyone was probably totally exhausted but it does not excuse the behavior that I received from a person by the name of Kim. Stood in line for roughly 15 minutes, not a big deal, they were busy. Kim was the person who took my order this is important to remember. I step off to the side and wait patiently, eat my biscotti and people watch. I'm watching drinks go out and then notice that the family who was behind me had just received their 4 drinks, I ordered a grande Irish cream cold brew so that should come out quick. Kim has moved to the outside of the kiosk and is writing on their sign "no ice" when I take the 4 steps to the counter to ask if they are still working my drink. Girl looks confused, asks if it's something else and that's when Kim steps up and says "what's wrong with your drink?" I said, "I never received it." We have full eye contact (she was wearing a mask), she rolls her eyes, turns her back and doesn't say another single word. SHE TOOK MY DRINK ORDER HERSELF! She whispers something to the only male working and then my drink is made in 60 seconds. I understand being tired, overworked, being in retail on Black Friday and just being totally over the day but hold yourself accountable for you and your team's actions and simply say I apologize and get me my drink. I'm not asking for a refund, I'm simply asking for accountability with a dash of politeness. I see Kim has had previous reviews written.
