This location is trash. The employees there need to be replaced with actual Starbucks employees or at least on the same hiring plateau. Nothing but nasty racist comments coming from their mouth as customers are in line coming and going. The product was horribly made and trash itself. The employees there were 3 black women and 1 white woman, the white woman was visually uncomfortable and kept saying sorry to customers

The only genuine employee at this location is young lady with the locs at the register. Beautiful inside and out. The others.... I come there and observe how I am treated and others from my department as well. Our drinks always are not right or they have us waiting an extremely long time. Disgusting behavior ❌ we have talked about this and would like to be treated fairly and our drinks to be made properly or we will take further action through the hospital and Starbucks Corporate. Treat everyone with respect you never know who you are dealing with.

The young girl that took my order she was in a hurry I did not tell her what size I wanted she assumed I wanted a tall when I wanted a venti and she made me a call and I told her I ordered a venti but I went ahead and took the tall seems that she was in a hurry and she had more on her than she to take.
