i went through the drive through and the worker was super rude and condescending! 6/13/25 around 9:20am. she kept asking me questions in a mocking tone, and slammed the window on me and walked away while i was mid question. she also handed me the card reader without instruction and walked away again. my coffee tasted good but it was unmixed. never have i ever received too much syrup at starbucks until today! it’s usually not enough… it’s just way too sweet for me but i’ll still drink it. overall regular coffee is good but i was disappointed with the service and think you should send your employee to chic fil a for customer service training.

I accidentally ordered my drink at the wrong Starbucks location — it was completely my mistake. But when I explained the situation to the staff at this store, they kindly made my drink for me anyway. I was so grateful and it really made my day.

Starbucks never misses. It’s consistent and quick. This location was busy but they were attentive and got our order out quick. Bathrooms were clean and nothing was out of stock.

Normally I love this location!! I live in Georgia and come up here for business. The last 4 times I ordered my drink they screwed it up!! And even the manager just told them “ just dump it in a Venti cup, and add the cold foam” which COMPLETELY screws the drink up!!! If I’m going to pay 8 dollars for a drink, it would be nice to have it made correctly. And a manager that is competent!!

Very pleasant experience on the way back home. Stopped for a coco, and they were really really nice.

We were passing through and needed our afternoon pick-me-up coffee. Google brought us to this location.
The store appeared to be new. The restroom is clean, and the staff is pleasant. They were busy on a Saturday at 3:00pm, which is expected with the outdoor temperature in the low 40s. The drinks took a little long to come out.
