Stopping through on a road trip and it took 25 minutes to get one drink and a sandwich, and both were incorrect. They had me pull around to the mobile area where it took longer and they still messed my drink up and gave me a burnt sandwich. Worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks.

i went through the drive through and the worker was super rude and condescending! 6/13/25 around 9:20am. she kept asking me questions in a mocking tone, and slammed the window on me and walked away while i was mid question. she also handed me the card reader without instruction and walked away again. my coffee tasted good but it was unmixed. never have i ever received too much syrup at starbucks until today! it’s usually not enough… it’s just way too sweet for me but i’ll still drink it. overall regular coffee is good but i was disappointed with the service and think you should send your employee to chic fil a for customer service training.

I accidentally ordered my drink at the wrong Starbucks location — it was completely my mistake. But when I explained the situation to the staff at this store, they kindly made my drink for me anyway. I was so grateful and it really made my day.
