The absolute worst ..chicken bacon ranch sub I have ever had .it was cold ...they didn't heat it up .. Didn't even bother to warm the bacon up & didn't even get what I wanted on the sub ..gonna be awhile before I go back ..if I go back ..just plain sad 😔

To the short woman who fixed my sandwich today. Your attitude towards customers and staff is distasteful. You act like you don't want to do your job, rude towards others. Get a different job if you can't act like a decent human and be polite while serving others. I get people can have a bad day but get it together lady.

I show up at your establishment to purchase food for my family and I'm told through the door at 8:28 pm that "We are closed" though they are dressed to serve behind the counter and talking to one another. Do not put your hours on Google and on the front of your building from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm if you're not going to uphold your promised times. I found it to be very unprofessional to not have a reason of why when I asked "Why are you closed so early", just a shrug of the shoulders and a "We're closed."

I went to this location’s drive-thru around 7pm. 4/3/24. The guy that took the order was really nice & well mannered. The wait was too long for the quality of food I received. I got a foot long on flatbread. It wasn’t toasted AT ALL. Everything all the way down to the chicken was cold. I threw it away & went to get something else. I was going to call the store, but I know there’s no use in doing it, jumping thru hurdles trying to get my money back.
