They put very little meat, or vedgtables on your sandwich! I asked for turkey, cheese, tomato, onion, pickles and jalapeños. I got no pickles, and olives that I didn't want. Glops of mayonnaise! Just nasty.

Daughter ordered delivery, and the driver did not deliver the chips and drink. Called for over an hour and no one answers. Awful customer service when you don’t answer the phones.

Closes at so call 9pm. but won't take orders after 8pm. even though you can clearly see the employee through the windows. Smh

Absolutely terrible service. I picked my sandwich up about 8:00pm and drove home just for it, a subway melt, to have not a single slice of cheese. We got back in the car, drove back to this location and arrived at 8:26pm. On the doors and online, it says this location closes at 9:00pm and they already had the doors locked and was refusing to answer when we just wanted to correct our sandwich. Once they finally found out the issue, they simply told us that we needed to get a refund through online subway services. Which would be fine if they were closed, but they were not. So when asked why there was no cheese on our melt, they told us “They don’t put an ingredient on there if it wasn’t requested by the customer.” However, if they had read this online order properly, it says “Pepperjack cheese x 3” on the receipt. They had such horrible attitudes and very unhelpful as actual employees from this restaurant.

If I could give them zero stars I would food has always been good but the employees are terrible always rude and disrespectful definitely need all new people in there that knows how to treat customers..

I ordered online on the Subway Ap for pick up. Started calling them 20 mins before time to pick up to let them know we were going to be 5 mins late. My order was confirmed, my son went in to get my order and they told him they didn't make it because they didn't have the meatballs and we would have to get a refund through Door Dash???!!, (I ordered through the Subway Ap!!!) but my online confirmation said it was picked up around the time I started calling them!! Called 14 times after my son said he couldn't pick the order up and still noone answered. My son said they were standing around at the register laughing and carrying on! This place has messed our orders up twice now!! Don't get from this store, use any other!!

Just tried to order food and was told they are closed !! Sign on door says 8 pm website says 8 pm it’s 7:05.

Arrived at 7:30 pm to have the door locked. There was a customer inside still ordering, but when an employee unlocked the door she was Very snotty and insisted they were closed and would not let us in to even get carry out! The sign on the doir said closes at 9pm. Never going back to this location!!

Customer service is absent. Workers disregarded me while speaking to each other. Also spoke rudely to me as if I was suppose to know their job. I asked for specialty sandwich without .... and was told you can get whatever you want on it. I avoid this shop because I have never felt welcomed or respected

I have had the most absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen in my life of 46 years at this Subway store. For one the stuff that I requested was not rendered they were out of drinks, they were out of potato chips the staff was very rude did not give an opportunity or a chance to try to rectify the situation on top of the fact that I was be little and be righted when I said when they said oh don't worry about him. Also to add when I was being assisted , I was asking questions about why did I not get a large drink or drinks , the sandwich maker the sandwich attendant whatever they're called she just stopped talking and walked away from me and started helping another customer. They are the most rudest people operating this store . Subway, if I could give it a 0 star or negative 5 I would do so. Stay away!

They no longer carry regular ranch. I either get my sandwich dry and go home a d add my own ranch. What a hassle or find somewhere else to go.

Slow service and the food is always ice cold. I'm done with this place. Unless they hire people that can actually make a sandwich, I'll go to firehouse subs.
