Wouldn’t recommend. There was a guy infront of me ordering and he was talking to the employee for the longest so i continued to wait in line for 10 mins just for the employee to smile at me saying i’m in the wrong line. The other employee didn’t talk at all while finishing making my sandwich. Also they were terribly slow working. Every other subway I go to they don’t take over 5 mins for TWO sandwiches. And my sandwich smelled like fish as in an unsanitary restroom. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Three people at the front counter. Neither of them greeted myself or the other customer. I told the young lady what I wanted, yet she asked me again. Several times. The lack of pleasantry was distracting and I felt like I was bothering them. Also the young man cleaned the counters with the same gloves he prepared my mother's sandwich with. And they really need to speak up.

I will NEVER return to thos subway location. 3 underage girls running the store alone on a Saturday night. Texting and talking the whole time, constantly having to be corrected as they made our food. No adults in sight. Asked for my sandwich to be heated and she put it in the microwave for 5 seconds and took it out. Asked for mayo on my sandwich and she went for the light mayo. I told her I don't want light mayo I want regular and she says "It's the same thing" and puts it on there anyways. After putting my sandwich in a bag she throws it onto the counter and walks off to the back. 2 of the three girls were touching their face and hair the entire time they were making our food. And it took 3 people 10 minutes to make an order that I've seen 1 person make in 5.

I never knew this Subway was located in this area. Thanks to Google. The service was great and the two workers had a great work attitude. Will visit again.

My family frequences this Subway quite often and always order and eat in. For some reason tonight we were told that the dining room closes at 7:00 which has never been the case before. We are also overcharged by two extra sandwiches. Of course, we did not realize this because of the confusion over the newly closed dining area. After we got home we realized the overcharge and I am now on my way driving back to the restaurant hopefully to receive a refund for the two extra charged sandwiches we did not receive. This is more of an employee issue than an issue with the restaurant. Employee number 0690 rang us up.

This was one of the few Subways in town that actually stayed open until the specified time on the website that they provide. It's kind of frustrating when this is our third Subway to visit this evening starting at 7:30 and it's only 8:30 now. All of the restaurants we went to posted a 9:00 closing time. However my partner really wanted a sandwich so we drove 10 miles out of her way to accommodate him. As you can see it was well worth it and he is happy and satisfied and content with his incredible tasty sandwich! Great job Subway out South. This is by far the best Subway we have been to in Jackson. I suggest if you really want a good sandwich from Subway it's worth the drive. Join me and the boycott of the other stores that don't do what they say they're going to do.
