So I ordered from this subway a 2nd time in 2 months. I ordered online through the app tonight and used my gift card as well as my credit card. I called the store and spoke to a little young girl after I called the store 4 times. She stated she didn’t have my order and I was asking her how to get my $25 gift card back and my charge from my credit card back and she hung up on me. She was very rude and didn’tt help me at all. This store sucks and I will never use the app again. I just want to know how to get all my money back.I emailed the corporate office and waiting for a response. People don’t use your app to eat here it is a total rip off.

This place is gross. They do not change their gloves out in between sandwiches. My sandwich had lettuce all in it and I didn’t order lettuce it was just left on their gloves from the sandwich before!!! 🤢 if you go ask them to please change their gloves. I do not recommend. There is to many other locations.

Very clean Subway store in Jackson Tennessee off of US Hwy 45 bys. I ordered a 6-inch Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich. The ghost pepper bread isn't as hot as I thought it would be, which is a great thing. The bread has a lot of flavor. The srir sauce and a few jalapeños made the sandwich a little spicy, but my special fixings helped to offset the spice. Overall, the ghost pepper bead and rotisserie chicken will be on my repeat list from Subway.
i typically never leave bad reviews, but this is by far the worst subway ive ever been to. i do not recommend anyone go here. they seriously skimped on the meat, and charged me more than it usually is. i get the same thing every time and it was 3 dollars more for less than half the meat i usually get. nobody seemed to know what they were doing either. i do not recommend.
