Very bad customer service she had an attitude because me and my family were going to order 6 foot longs and 1 wrap she got mad because the order was not call in but we were just driving by when going back home to Memphis and we decided we wanted subway but we ended up leaving because she had a bad attitude very bad service ?

Well first and foremost i felt very uncomfortable just walking in the door. My family and I pulled up to get our pick up order which we had placed online. Curbside closed at 7pm so I walked in to get our order and was greeted with 6 people who seemed to be management or bystanders staring at me. One man spoke and said "Hello, how are you?". I said "fine", and proceeded to the counter where 4ladies were standing around. One was making sandwiches and I assumed none of them spoke english. I'm a very nice individual and hate being looked at as if I'm in the wrong. They finally said the order was ready but was confused on which one was mine. The drinks, chips, and cookies were not given. I had to ask for them.... then the lady at the counter which had came back and forth from the back to lobby was asking me did I need anything else like I was the problem. Several people kept walking in from outside and weren't ordering anything. Then to top it off when I opened my sandwich ? it was old and musty looking like why does my sandwich look like dog food. I've been eating subway for years and I always get the chicken bacon ranch and it's strips of grilled chicken today I received what looked like mince meat. Yall just don't go here. You've been warned. I will update if anything changes.

The service was HORRIBLE! My bacon wasn’t cooked. The sandwich was thrown together and the who time while being the only customer in the store and trying to explain that my order was placed on the subway app the server acted as if I was trying to steal a free order even though she was shown a Receipt on my phone. Meanwhile it appears as if friends and family were coming into the store to watch for her safety or as if I were a criminal. I never got rude or even raised my voice. I usually don’t even write reviews but I had to this time because it was TRASH! And I don’t want anyone else to experience this same disgusting treatment.

We decided to try this Subway...it was a very clean restaurant. We ordered our food and brought it home to eat...I had the number 1 and my husband had the number 4...they were so good!!! Great place to grab a quick lunch!

The old man that was by himself should not be working on food at all. The man was touching the food with his bare hands, and he was drooling. Whether he has a condition or not, he should not be handling food. Me and my sisters didn't purchase anything and just left. Thought I should let others know.
