“We have only been here once and it wasn't too bad. The manager greeted us and it was kinda nice because we knew him from a different taco bell we usually go to. He is very nice, friendly and helpful. The service was good. We didn't wait very long for our food. The one problem I seem to always find is I like the Mexican pizza but I have yet to get one that is hot. Most of the time they are maybe lukewarm. I still like them though. This taco bell was clean but the music was way too loud. And it was loud rock music. Also wish the seating was more comfy. The chairs and benches are kinda hard for some older people like us. But we will go back to this taco bell.“
“Tried to do mobile app but apparently location had it turned off, not many cars in drive thru, but service was still slow. Food was cold, flour tortillas hard, and taco shells were broken. Drinks tasted like carbonation needs to be calibrated. Pretty disappointing.
Amemded: Was not expecting this, but leadership immediately reached out to listen and see how they could improve. Will adjust rating with the belief that a concerned management team will correct the few concerns we had, and will give another chance the next time we pass through.“
“Everything was good, I went through the drive thru, and it was pouring down rain ☔ so they wasn't very busy. My grandson wanted me to bring him the $5 box, he helped me with the yard work, so that was his treat. He said that it's delicious ?“
“The new manager, Tiffany, was incredible. Friendly, great personality, she made our food and she even took time to come over to our table to make sure everything was okay. After many disappointing visits and horrible food. Ms. Tiffany is a true blessing to this Taco Bell. Way too, go. Tiffany, you are a true blessing to the store and to Taco Bell.“
