At 11:33 pm tonight I tried to order through theh drive thru, I got the response we are closed except for DoorDash orders. Closing time is midnight!!! This isn't the first time this has happened.

The lady at the window around noon today was rude as hell i ask for sauce at window and she said u didnt say u wanted any i said u never ecen asked at the speaker im sure she asked someone else in line but it was not me and she tried arguing with me about some stupid mild sauce

This taco bell is absolute horror! Especially night shift. Me and my aunt ordered 2 of the $7 luxe boxes and got chalupas that were hard as a rock. Everytime we go there staff is rude, especially Wesley, We will go in there sometimes for DoorDash orders and they slam stuff on the counter like they have an attitude. Day shift is awesome tho!

Employees need to learn how to speak to customers through the speakerphone properly and understand what a blue and red freezes is 😭 y'all need some lessons from dyersburg crew

I use to be a manager at this location I been there twice since I left both bad experiences! decided to go tonight to get my kids some food since they use to love this location lady in drive thru didn’t give me my receipt and it slipped my mind to ask her for it but she gave me more than enough sauces gave me a medium bag of sauces but yall was out of mild no wonder yall are out Charles or whoever is area coach there you should really show them the chart you showed us when I was there 1 sauce per item unless asked for extra and I did but I didn’t ask for hand fulls that’s a waste but anyways I ordered 6 burritos 4 cheesy double beef meat an cheese only and 2 regular with extra rice an add chipotle sauce I knew I should’ve check the bag before I left I got home an all 6 burritos had all meat on them literally straight meat no cheese JUST MEAT ! Crazzzzyyyyyyyy ! . Almost $30 wasted your team should practice their burrito wrapping skills also it’s very poor ! And I’m sorry one burrito had beef with some chipotle sauce nothing else

Usually, order drives thru and have to wait every time. My orders are never right if I order through the app or on the speaker. Service is always poor at this location. I am giving them a 1 star just based on never having a good experience at this location.

I’ve been giving this Taco Bell a chance since we’ve moved to Jackson in June because every time we have stopped by it’s been full or whatever was wrong was out of their control. We are all human so it’s understandable. However tonight they was not busy whatsoever they got my kids taco wrong so I brought it back just for them to give me the same thing again. I took it back after the third taco it was right. It seemed like the guy in the drive through was to busy on his phone and in another world. The line cook was nice though. I will not recommend stopping by this Taco Bell unless you want your order to be messed up.
unfortunately taco bell always taste good but every time i come to this one i've sat here for over 30 mins, i've never been in and out, it's fast food, it shouldn't take that long, hopefully they get better employees soon.

Soo I really don’t like going to fast food places in the evening because unfortunately the customer service is not the best. So I say a little pray on the way and tonight was no different… I said my prayer …. Placed my order. The line was long .. I finally get to the window and she hands me the wrong drink… I tell her I didn’t order that drink… she says you didn’t order a large Mountain Dew… I said no I didn’t . I only ordered the strawberry freeze drink…. Then she reads my order out and says did I say no tomatoes and I said no I didn’t say that. So I give her my order and then she says yes this is the order and you didn’t order a Mountain Dew. I said no I didn’t. Then she calls some woman over and SHE ASKS ME AGAIN DID I ORDER A MOUNTAIN DEW AND I LOOKED AT HER AND SAID I TOLD HER SEVERAL TIMES I DIDNT ORDER A MOUNTAIN DEW. She go have the nerves to say ma’am I’m just trying to get the order right not once but at least 2 to 3 times. I proceed to put my elbow on the window of my truck and just look at her because at this point they are truly testing me. How many times can someone tell you they did not order a drink and how difficult is it to take the drink off and apologize and say it was a mistake. Do you think either of these women apologized one for getting the order wrong, two for being rude, and three for wasting my time going back and forth asking me if I ordered a Mountain Dew or not…. The answer is NO!!! Employees in customer service need to be able to simply apologize if you wrong and move on. So frustrating and it shouldn’t be when you are a paying for a service. And if you don’t like working in fast food … find another job. God bless
