Ordered food from this location through GrubHub around 12:11 pm. The order was delayed. Then without any given reason, the order was canceled by the location at 1:42.

I've also experienced wrong and delayed orders many times from this location in person.

Ordered a 7 dollar box with Baja blast and a large sprite when I received my order my drink was a medium sprite no Baja blast or large at all my box was supposed to have a chalupa a 5 layer beefy burrito and taco and chips a nacho cheese I received a hard chalupa a bean n cheese burrito and taco with cheese no chips plus I had to repay for the large drink which was originally supposed to have been sprite I will never go back again we were the only customers they had n they still messed our food up

Got my food the drink was half empty two chips in my nachos and the rest of the food was all over the bag I called the manager said it had to have been the delivery driver but I don’t believe that and won’t order from there again

The a/c wasn’t working so it was very warm in the dining area, it was clean and nice but we decided to eat in the air conditioned car. But all the staff were pleasant and made us feel welcome. Great job, even in a hot environment!!

After standing at the counter for several minutes while employees behind the counter stared, one finally told my wife she needed to order at the kiosk. While waiting for our food for almost half an hour, one employee changed out their uniform in the bathroom leaving his shoes and other personal items in the dining room, and another employee arrived for her shift smelling strongly of weed.

If you are looking for a fresh and HOT dinner you come to the right place. The 3 cheese chicken flatbread makes a great addition to any combo. Can’t go wrong with the Luxe Cravings Box. Lastly, Taco Bell nailed it with the Chicken Nuggets and Nacho fries. Ask for the Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Bell Sauce! You’ll thank me later!

Plant Trees Is Life

Went to the drive thru, not a word. Long line inside. Employees don't even racknowledge your presence. Guy in the front of the line said he had been waiting 15 min. and hadn't placed an order. The Uber eats guy walked in and out with his food in less than 60 sec.

I want to say that the staff was fine, and I wouldn't be an enthusiastic worker if my manager was as condescending and rude as Brian here. We pulled up to pick up our order and were given the wrong one. When I went in to get the correct order, "manager" Brian jovially let me know that someone just called and said they'd be coming back because they picked up the wrong order and were probably going to return ours. I asked him to remake our food because I wasn't going to take it after someone else had it. He refused because it's not "his" responsibility, and when I said it wasn't our fault or responsibility either, he walked away and acted like I wasn't there. When I saw the staff taping back up the order that we were given and had opened, I informed them that we had touched the food, and I was told they would remake it, which I'm not convinced they did. If there's a Sarah that got a doordash order tonight and it looks like someone touched your (chicken?) quesadilla, it's because we did, and they didn't remake it. We're not sick, but God, we could be. You'd think food service would take that into consideration. I understand that we get what we pay for at Taco Bell, but this was an awful experience.

My drink was flat and both my tacos looked crumbled to bits. Every time I go here there is an issue with my order and I’m so tired of wasting money on garbage food.

Ordered on the app at 11:45pm. They cancelled my order at 12:10am and said they were closed. It says they're open until 1:00am. I don't know what new night crew they've gotten in there lately, but their customer service sucks.

THIS JUST HAPPENED!! Waited a half hour on a crunchwrap and a burrito but never got it. I assume it was the manager that told me they gave the order to someone else and will not remake the order. Did I just get robbed by Taco Bell? It feels like it.
