Stood at the counter for 10 minutes ignored by staff. One lady told me to use the kiosk. I told her I needed assistance using it she just looked at me and went back to work.

The person in the drive through was rude. Pulled up said go ahead with you order. We started talking they intrupped said I'm gonna need to put you on hold..ok then. We get the food. The filled my chips half way like seriously there were like 4 chips. So I go inside. Not even realizing they forgot my crunchwrap. I walk inside the cook calls out immediately crunchwrap like they knew they didn't give my food...mind you I went in cuz my chips were short.... fast forward I get to my car open up my Mexican pizza and there is a big old black hair right though the entire pizza. Like melted into the cheese and everything it was visibly noticeable so they just wernt paying attention I saw it as soon as I opened the box... but at this point I didn't feel like going back inside nor did I want to eat anything else from there. Check your orders! check you food!

Zero needs to be an option. Ordered Mexican pizza, 2 soft shell taco supreme. Drive through asked twice about sauce. Got no sauce, no utensils. One soft shell supreme had no meat. Shells were old, hard. Large Lemonade was packed full of ice. Got 3 sips. Won't be back.

Taco Bell says they open at 9:00 so I walk over there to get something to eat it was 9:12 when I went over there. The door was locked if you open at 9 then you should have the doors unlocked by 9 also I don't know why I go over there they put barley any meat in their tacos it's sad and I end up spending $40 just to get extra meat $40!! That's crazy

Ordered food from this location through GrubHub around 12:11 pm. The order was delayed. Then without any given reason, the order was canceled by the location at 1:42.
I've also experienced wrong and delayed orders many times from this location in person.
I had a specific order with lots of options that they got right, with speed.

Ordered a 7 dollar box with Baja blast and a large sprite when I received my order my drink was a medium sprite no Baja blast or large at all my box was supposed to have a chalupa a 5 layer beefy burrito and taco and chips a nacho cheese I received a hard chalupa a bean n cheese burrito and taco with cheese no chips plus I had to repay for the large drink which was originally supposed to have been sprite I will never go back again we were the only customers they had n they still messed our food up

Got my food the drink was half empty two chips in my nachos and the rest of the food was all over the bag I called the manager said it had to have been the delivery driver but I don’t believe that and won’t order from there again

The a/c wasn’t working so it was very warm in the dining area, it was clean and nice but we decided to eat in the air conditioned car. But all the staff were pleasant and made us feel welcome. Great job, even in a hot environment!!
