Went to the drive thru, not a word. Long line inside. Employees don't even racknowledge your presence. Guy in the front of the line said he had been waiting 15 min. and hadn't placed an order. The Uber eats guy walked in and out with his food in less than 60 sec.

I want to say that the staff was fine, and I wouldn't be an enthusiastic worker if my manager was as condescending and rude as Brian here. We pulled up to pick up our order and were given the wrong one. When I went in to get the correct order, "manager" Brian jovially let me know that someone just called and said they'd be coming back because they picked up the wrong order and were probably going to return ours. I asked him to remake our food because I wasn't going to take it after someone else had it. He refused because it's not "his" responsibility, and when I said it wasn't our fault or responsibility either, he walked away and acted like I wasn't there. When I saw the staff taping back up the order that we were given and had opened, I informed them that we had touched the food, and I was told they would remake it, which I'm not convinced they did. If there's a Sarah that got a doordash order tonight and it looks like someone touched your (chicken?) quesadilla, it's because we did, and they didn't remake it. We're not sick, but God, we could be. You'd think food service would take that into consideration. I understand that we get what we pay for at Taco Bell, but this was an awful experience.

My drink was flat and both my tacos looked crumbled to bits. Every time I go here there is an issue with my order and I’m so tired of wasting money on garbage food.

Ordered on the app at 11:45pm. They cancelled my order at 12:10am and said they were closed. It says they're open until 1:00am. I don't know what new night crew they've gotten in there lately, but their customer service sucks.

THIS JUST HAPPENED!! Waited a half hour on a crunchwrap and a burrito but never got it. I assume it was the manager that told me they gave the order to someone else and will not remake the order. Did I just get robbed by Taco Bell? It feels like it.

ive consistently ( maybe around 10 times) have had bad experiences here. I.E., forgetting items, not preparing them the way ive asked ( wanting supreme and constantly not getting the sour cream and tomatoes, but paying the price for it.)

10/10 they will take 30+ mins on a one taco and drink order . They have awful management and somehow even worse staff.

Came here purchased a double decker taco and was uncharged to only recieve a taco full of lettuce when I got home. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Don’t come here unless you want to order through the mobile app 10 minutes ahead wait for 30 minutes to get to the window only fit them to not find your order because their thinking it’s a door dash then being found by the manager for closing and being told to go wait in the mobile pick up for an additional 20 minutes
Place is a joke at night avoid it in the evening

Ridiculous, no one to wait on me, had to use the computer to buy a single taco... drive thru only for me from now on, if I even bother to stop there.

Tried to do mobile app but apparently location had it turned off, not many cars in drive thru, but service was still slow. Food was cold, flour tortillas hard, and taco shells were broken. Drinks tasted like carbonation needs to be calibrated. Pretty disappointing.
Amemded: Was not expecting this, but leadership immediately reached out to listen and see how they could improve. Will adjust rating with the belief that a concerned management team will correct the few concerns we had, and will give another chance the next time we pass through.

The last six times I've been at this Taco Bell on North Highland and they aren't able to take orders and their systems down or there's some other reason, so I have to drive all the way across town to the other Taco Bell on Christmasville that never has a problem. This particular Taco Bell hasn't been good for a while, like over a year. This review isn't to down anyone or negatively impact any certain individuals, but to help this "can't get right" location to become better. I would t even stop there if my gym wasn't located right across the street.

At 12:12 and went to the drive thru. The woman was really rude. And told us that they were only taking doordash orders in Mobile orders they would not take her order. So to me it was like someone was being freaking lazy and did not want to cook because by the website and the times on the door it says that they do not close until 2:00 a.m...
Took 30 minutes in drive thru. Unacceptable
