EXTREMELY Long wait times‼️ NO sense of URGENCY while many customers either waited a long time for their orders, or gave up and walked out‼️ I was one who WALKED OUT. Sad . . . I'll NEVER come here again‼️

I’ve noticed a frustrating pattern at this Taco Bell location—they often ask customers to circle back through the drive-thru or even back up and pull forward again, supposedly due to their order count system. On one visit, I was actually told to reverse and pull up again, which felt both unsafe and unprofessional. This kind of experience makes me question whether I’ll return in the future.

I would leave a 0 if I could everything about the food and location is awful and management was not very helpful... go back and have it remade....so they can spit in it...no thank you. By far the worst town and location in Tennessee

I ordered through the drive-through, and the lady taking my order made sure to read back to me exactly what I ordered and asked if I needed any sauce. They were courteous, respectful, and fast. My order was spot on and delicious.

The food isn’t awful, I’ve definitely had better Taco Bell. I got my food and the entire bag smelled like someone sprayed perfume inside my bag. Employees are normally rude, never really had a great experience at this location. It’s almost worth it to drive to a different location.

Tonight was the fourth time that I had to turn around for an item missing from my order. And the first time I went through, woman manning the window was more concerned about me pulling my car back then over again to reset the timer in the kitchen. I only ever order for two people, me and my wife. We only ever get two items each, two drinks, and maybe something to split. And we almost never special order. I normally go through the drive-thru to place an order, they give it to me, and I don't like to look at everything, count it all, and hold up the line. I want to give their employees the benefit of the doubt. But almost every other time that I've come home or am on the road I'll look at the bag and find something missing after they've charged me for it. It's getting to the point where I don't even want to bother going anymore because it's just a waste of money and gas.

My son ordered from the kiosk they served everyone after him that came through the door, made him wait 20 minutes. no sauce in the bag. This is every time we go there now, no sauce he gets home, the food is cold, and he goes back to get sauce the manager tells him to go get it himself. That manager needs to go
