I get the same girl everytime and she is rude doesn't say much is laughing for some reason idk i always feel judged and my food is normally right and ok so i never complain and just go on about my day but it was about 11am today and i ordered two of the crispy cantina chicken tacos and this was what i got mind you she thought it was funny ig??... now i see why they barely get business just lazy🙄🙄

If I can give less stars I would. I go here regularly on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. I always place my order ahead of time so it can be ready once I get there. After waiting 19 mins since placing my order, you guessed it. It’s still not ready and they didn’t have a line but they only prioritized the drive thru line. At this point what’s the point of using that stupid app to place ahead when you still have to wait like everyone else if not longer.

I normally don’t do reviews but I feel obligated to share my awful experience with others so they don’t go through with I have! We use to go to this Taco Bell often and stopped going because of terrible customer service. It’s like their customers are a terrible burden to them. I decided I haven’t been there in months maybe it had changed well it hasn’t if anything it’s gotten worse. We went to the drive thru and was told first thing it would be a 15 minute wait I said ok. You know thinking there was a line…. I pulled around and NO ONE was in the drive thru. I went to the window the woman asked me if I had an order I told her what I wanted as she hit her hands on the counter then turned around and walked off! Yeah no joke! A man came and took our order and told me to pull up I decided I’d go in since he hadn’t given me our drinks yet. One YES one customer was in there. This was my last time at this location!
Unfortunately this is the worst location! They are always out of beef, chicken, soda, cups. Like they dont wanna work. When they do fix the orders they NEVER fix them correctly. They leave items out. They dont put the correct meat on the items. Its just absolutely horrible!
