Arrived at the restaurant at 6pm and there was not another soul dining there. They refused to take our order in person and referred us to the kiosk. After that, it took a solid 20 minutes to then receive our food that they were asking us questions about. Again, we were the only people dining there and in the drive thru. After this long wait and confusing order kiosk situation, the Mountain Dew baja blast was watered down and absolutely disgusting. The party I was with dining there had been on the road for seven hours and just wanted a quality Baja blast and a warm burrito, neither of which they were capable of delivering. Our order was messed up and this was a bad experience. Also, it reeked of marijuana, but we were hungry and hauling big trailers, so we didn’t have many other options. 0/10

Worst customer service ever stood in line as the second person in line after 13 mins the person in from of me got to place order from that point I stood there as the only customer in line waiting for another 23 mins at which point I finally got graded by being told to use the kiosk informed her that I’ve already tried using it. It keeps glitching out when I select payment method told her I was just trying to order at the counter because I was paying cash So for the third time, place my order on the kiosk after another 10 minutes go by she confirms that it is not working correctly and redoes my order at the register At this point 46 minutes later I officially have an order number 17 Minutes later, I received my food after spending one hour three minutes at this, Taco Bell I watched two different workers. Take two separate smoke breaks each, but I was glad I finally at least had my food in hand. Cold is ice cream but at least I finally had it.
