The worst one I've been too. Supposed to have my order ready at 8:15 got there around that time and had to wait over an hour to get my food. Food was cold and they had no rolls. Very disappointed.

Waitress forgot to put in our appetizers bring us the wrong drinks from the bar when we got our food it was cold could have been warmer straight out of the freezer will not be back bottom line Texas Roadhouse sucks your waitresses are slow and you need better customer service

We haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse for a few years but decided to go for my daughter’s birthday. We got seated and then waited for 30-40 min for drinks (that was the best part of the night). It took almost 2 hrs after our drinks to get our food. Once we got our food there were 2 meals that were inedible. They were so salty that even I (a guy that loves salt) could stomach more than a bite. It was like the dumped a cup of salt on the meals. The server was frustrated but did a good job. We never got our salads until 30 min after our meal was served. We spent close to $300 for the meal and after this experience I doubt we will come back.

Host was extremely rude! We put our name down and never got texted or anything and just for her to tell us we will have to be placed in the back of the line. She cut me off and wasn’t interested in anything other than my name

Bad service from the moment I went to check in. Couldn't get a table unless my party was in the building. Then had to wait with it not being busy at all. The manager did come around and check on us. But didn't do any good. Service never improved. And our to go order was wrong. Bacon cheese burger didn't even have bacon on it. Their is literally 6 fries in the container. Steaks were extremely overcooked. It was just a horrible experience. I don't know if they were having a bad day or what was going on. I've never had it this bad here.

Every time we come to Texas Roadhouse, we sit down, and are informed they are out of prime rib. we left early today, drove an hour and before 5pm was already sold out. I filed a complaint with corporate and we walked out. Will not be back. luckily our waitress told us where we could find a great prime rib instead of Texas.

Rolls no butter . You order potatoes they scam you out the potato . Steak no steak sauce . And this all to go orders
Looked forward to Sunday all week to eat the rolls here! But we couldn’t hear ourselves talking! Had to yell to hear each other because the music was too loud! Asked to turn it down a little and was laughed at. Asked to speak to the manager and was told they were too busy. So we left and will never be back and I’m going to broadcast it on Facebook as much as I can!

the food was cold raw and the waitress kinda get mad because we brought up the problems, it's not all her fault I get it...but overall kinda a apatite killer when the meat on the plate is mooing at you
