The service was so slow. This food didn't taste like Texas Roadhouse at all. The bread was hard. All of my food didn't come out till we were leaving. I won't l be going back

I came here to catch up with friends I haven’t seen in months and live very far away from, each of us drove over an hour to get here. After finishing our dinner (we had maybe been here for an hour) the waitress asked us to leave because they already had another party to seat at our table. We were by no means ready to leave since we only see each other every few months. When a manager was alerted about this she shrugged it off and did nothing. Hailey was our waitress, so thank you Hailey for losing business for Jackson Texas Roadhouse just because you wanted more tips.

Our waitress was awesome but when I got my steak it looked really bad and so they gave me another one and we waited so long for our food I brought home to find that I couldn't even chew it. The last 2 times I've been there we have waited over an hour for our meal and I think this might be my last time. Very disappointed.
Gave it another try this past weekend. Food was ok. Steak wasn't cooked properly. Hostess was rude. Server was great though. She was the highlight of the night and I'm sorry to say I can't remember her name. Even the rolls were cold.
