I had an incredible experience, after a long day on the road with my grandmother i stopped and grabbed a bite to eat, i was welcome by an incredibly hospitable waitress named jamie, who not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every way possible. Not only did Jamie provide wonderful service, she also hwlped my grandmother reattach her prosthetic leg and helped us carry out our to-go plates. When my car wouldn’t start, Jamie didn’t miss a beat, she had me put the car in neutral and single handedly pushed my car across the street to the gas station. Thank you TGI Fridays for hiring such a wonderful person. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone..

This is one of the worst experiences I've had. Waited for an hour for my food, unsure what dressing was on the salads but it most definitely wasn't Ceasar. We had to get to go boxes immediately for what parts of our food we actually got. Not too mention by the time the rest of my food was ready they had "ran out" of the mac & cheese I had been waiting so long for, as well as paying extra for a premium side. The only good things we actually got were the appetizer, kids burger, and chicken strips. Which were the only things that were touched along with our drinks. The chicken breast we had gotten was still pink in the middle as well. I just told her I didn't want it after that, she took it off the bill thankfully. Still ended up paying $100+ and it wasn't even worth it. Super upset with my experience. We just wanted some good food before a 4 hour drive back to Kentucky, first experience at TGI Fridays and unfortunately will be the last..

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Me and my family came from Memphis TN today to eat at Fridays for my daughter's first birthday since the one in Memphis is closed.When we first walked in the bartender was at the bar and act like she didn't see us we waited for a host for about 5 minutes remind you nobody was in the restaurant. The host finally came and didn't speak or say anything. When we was seated we sat there for 10 minutes they never bought the highchair,a waitress never came to our table we was just sitting there. But 2 parties of 2 came in after us and was seated and acknowledged immediately.I will go to this restaurant again.
