All of the horrible experiences written in these reviews summed up our experience tonight. Over a 1 hour wait to get our food. Oh wait, the waiter/cook gave one of our dishes to another table. There were only 2 of us in the dining room. How did that happen ??‍♂️. 30 minutes later when we were about to leave, he brings the food. Not 1 sorry….he didn’t even acknowledge anything was wrong. The food was sub-par. Everything they brought out either had a huge amount of canned pineapple in it, or a sickly sweet bbq sauce in it.The dish we asked to be a 7 on the spicy scale came out a 1 or 2. The child’s pad Thai we wanted no spice at all came out like it had ghost peppers in it.I’m not sure if the waiter had anything mentally wrong with him or not, but he acted like he couldn’t hear any of our feedback. When he brought the food out, he slammed the plates on the table and did it about face immediately and walked away. There was never an offer for a refill of our drinks, nor did he ask us how anything was.I made a fatal error and not reading the comments here before going tonight. This is not the same restaurant that I remember over 10 years ago.I’m 100% Four supporting our local businesses, but the Thai Café will never see another penny from me or my family.

Never had the pleasure to order a dish from here. We came in and sat down as No one was out front to greet us nor seat us, finally after a five or six mins a gentleman came from the back and still never acknowledged us. That was our sign that we weren’t welcomed. We left and hadn’t thought about this place since.

Service was very friendly. But the food was horrible. I’ve had Thai places all over the world and that was the worst chicken pad Thai I’ve ever tried. The chicken tasted canned, the sauce on it was creamy in a BAD way, and the egg seemed microwaved/boiled. The chicken satay sauce was WAY too sweet.

Stumbled onto this little gem of a place in the middle of a long drive over Christmas.Had a private room for dining, was quiet, inexpensive, and had fabulous food.If I lived closer I'd get fat eating here...Pad Thai and wonder noodle orders were enough to feed two kids each with leftovers.

A little hit or miss on the service. I drove a half hour the other day to place an order only to see a sign on the door saying they were closed until a few hours from when I arrived - this was during their business hours. The food is always good.Vegetarian options: Very accommodatingDietary restrictions: Very accommodating

From the very beginning it was absolutely horrendous. We were placed in a small room off to ourselves. Upon arrival around 12:10pm we didn’t receive our food until around 1:30. We only received part of our order and our children were left sitting there with nothing. When we finally received the rest of our order, we did not see or hear from our waiter the entire time we sat with our food, every bit of it was burnt and disgusting then when we brought it us he proceeded to rush us to pay for us and made comment on our wealth as a way to make us feel bad for wanting compensation on their services. I’d never recommend this anyone! I’m repulsed.

We normally don't give reviews, but feel this issue needs to be addressed. I ordered the seafood Warbar which was supposed to include shrimp, crab, squid and scallops with vegetables. It came with shrimp and crab (imitation). Service was extremely slow. When I mentioned the lack of squid and scallops on checkout, the waiter explained they were out of those items and he should have mentioned them to me (YES!!!). When I asked for a price adjustment he said most people don't say anything when this happens. That made me wonder how often it happens... He gave me a 2$ discount on $21.

Small quiet place with good food and good atmosphere. The owners son sat us with a smiling face. He explained the menu and helped us order. Oh my his momma can cook. Food was delicious. My husband is rather picky so it's awesome that he even loved it. Best spring roll I've ever had. ?
