I paid $10 for one sandwich and 12 for the other.
For what I received I could have gotten a whole sub some where else. On my classic sandwich I had 1 1/2 slices of meat on each side of the bread. The other one was similar.
I will never, repeat never go there again unless it is in Florida. The Jackson, TN one on VANn Drive is the worse. Yet I go back and back because I love the ham. The black manager made me cry one day.
I tried calling the manager but no one answers. It’s sad to get all the way home and realize you really don’t have any food to eat. I bought $37 plus tax worth of food there yesterday and came home with garbage.
Heavenly Ham is what I will recommend to everyone that inquire. Plus I will be posting the sandwich on Facebook.
Finally in Florida they may make really good sandwiches. But, I’m in Tennessee

Terrible customer service! Gina is a obnoxious bully with no customer service or problem solving skills. Her mistake of not adding military discount and then calling me “entitled” when I asked her to correct it. unbelievable! Needless to say, I will never frequent this business again

Jeanna was a nightmare for the 10 minutes I was there. She got pissed because a customer asked for his sandwich to go, went in the back and loudly stated we aren’t doing lunch anymore. Among other comments. Then when she was checking me out she very rudely stated “ I guess I’ll have to shut the store now. That was my last four dollars.” I called corporate but never received a call back. Call the second time to try to get a hold of the district manager and again, no Callback. This leaves me with the problem of do I continue my business there? I have always had a honeybaked ham for Christmas. Or do I try somewhere else?

Gina’s customer service is absolutely terrible, she is a bully toward other employees which may explain why employees do not return. On the first day around her she made statements about not going anywhere assuming her relationship with the owner is April is solid enough for her to be comfortable in her unprofessionalism. She is negative with a very distasteful attitude. Customers were even approaching me stating how rude she is and comments she made under her breath. I do not recommend anyone becoming an employee from my experience of being in the store with her for a temporary gig opportunity and as an entrepreneur myself. Her delivery and demeanor is very disturbing and not a good reflection of the company.

The turkey sandwich was alright...I've tasted better. The cashier was NOT friendly at all. Their ice machine wasn't working, so a guy had to bring me ice in a small pitcher-like container. This was my first time visiting and it definitely will be my last...the food or service isn't worth coming back.

Customer service today was bad! No manager available. Online orders were not prepared and ready for pick-up at the reserved times. I waited 30 mins to get my 3 items. Others waited just a long, if not longer. The lady at the register was doing her best but did not seem to have a clue, even though she has worked there part-time for a couple years. Atleast she wasn't rude. Other workers just walked by, seeing the line wrapped around the store, not offering to lend a hand. One worker came out and proceeded to have attitude, causing a hollering fit amongst her and customers. Very disrespectful. Cannot rate the food because it is for another day but I will not be using The Honey Baked Ham Company again.
