This is not a place that serves food…at least that was our experience. We walked into a bar area with what looked to be a dancing area. There was no one to greet us, no menus, and nothing to indicate there was food. We left as we were expecting a restaurant. The people at the bar looked like employees but no one said anything to us. Very odd.

6pm, Saturday. 5 people at the bar, 4 in a booth/table.My wife asked the bartender if they had Bud Light. The answer was a condescending, "no" and a smirk. We left. The place was clean though.

Bar and grills are a dime-a-dozen, but this one stands out amongst the flooded competition. Good vibes. Live local performers. Great service.

From out of town, came from Hotel.. After reading the reviews, it seems the owners friends are writing all the good reviews, and us normals are being real.. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & TIME (lots of it) Horible foods, if you can even call it that.. Plates would come out one at a time, 5-10mins apart.. and then wrong.. Owners would keep vaping and doing shots, yapping it up with friends , until it was money time.. They should stick to the gym and leave being a restruntuor to people who care about food and customer service.. oh.. one last thing that poor server (her first day , poor thing) she really did her best with NO SUPPORT!

We dropped in to watch a band and have a bite to eat and have a few drinks. The band was awesome, food was fresh and tasty, and so were the drinks. Service was excellent. They are under new management and the manager stopped to talk with us. They are really focusing on the customer now. If you've never been or it's been a while, give these guys a visit or second chance. I think you'll be pleased. We'll be back!

This was such a fun place! We came to listen to my brother-in-law's band and had a blast! Christina provided top notch service. When we come back I will definitely ask for Christina again. Excellent service and hospitality!

Not my experience but I’ve heard that the owner/manger threw money at a customer after being confronted with having to pay for a service fee even though they paid cash. Avoiding this restaurant just because of that honestly.

Chicken Caesar salad was nice and the brownie dessert was okay too but the entertainment was top notch. Blake Dixon played a bunch of old favourites and some of his own material.Waitress was super sweet. We are new to Tennessee so unaware that there is a strict law on having ID.Had a great night.

Came from the hotel. Walk up, a girl opened the door (texting on her phone) i step in she asks if I plan to eat, yes that's why I am here, have some drinks. With a frown and a look like how dare you, she replies, we are getting ready to close. Oh, it's 7:48. Guess the food is not that great then. The place was empty. Feel sorry for the bartender, I live in restaurants due to heavy business travel, a very big tipper..... so Los Portales gets the business!! Come see these guys, their awesome at Los Portellos and not on their phones, and open!! Excellent Mexican food!!!

So me and two others were here from 6:20pm to 8pm. We didn't get our actual food order taken until an hour had passed. When we finally got our food, my burger was over cooked and so smashed that there was gaps in the burger itself. I was also very disappointed that I had to finish eating without a drink. I normally eat my whole meal, but tonight I maybe had a quarter of this meal. I am under the impression that this is a family ran business, but it seemed quite unprofessional to have a toddler running around screaming, crying, etc. Sad knowing we left spending $100+.

I have not been able to eat at this restaurant as of the time of this review. However, I did enjoy a night of relaxation and good music at the night time, laid back and heavily secured weekend spot. I stopped in after a friend told me it was a good spot for grown folks to come together and have a good time. No trouble getting in and no trouble getting some drinks. The dj was spinnin all night and not a hater was in sight. I met the owner of the parkstone grill, a young yet professional

Parking: If the front and side parking lot is full. There's plenty around back.

They have a Buffay with everything that you would want from catfish fried chicken, spaghetti, greens, cabbage, beans, mac & cheese, stuffing all very good. Service was very good. Draft was good as well. Must come back.

I gave it 2 stars because of our waiter. He was great. The food and the music was very disappointing. The spinach artichoke dip was hardly warm and the salmon was way over cooked and dry. The grilled asparagus might have been better if it wasn't smaller than a pencil and a bit tough. To grill as it was done needed to have bigger asparagus. The Mushrooms were great. The wine was 8 dollars a glass. If the food had been fantastic we might have over looked the $8 per glass of house wine but such was not the case. Then to top it off once the music started, it was so stinking loud we could no longer talk even loudly and hear each other.I know my friends have said they won't come back and I won't be either.Oh one last thing. The metal bar stools they have in there are the smallest and most uncomfortable stools I have ever tried to use.We really really wanted to like this place.
