I ordered the humas veggie wrap, we were in drive through and waited for about 5-10 minutes for the wrap it was the only thing we got. I ordered it with no tomatoes I am allergic to tomatoes, I got the wrap and went home it was already cut in half I didn’t see any tomatoes and there wasn’t any till I was half way done eatting it. There was a whole slice of tomato in the bite. The wrap was good but not worth the hives.

I'm so tired of eating my smoothie with a spoon because it's too icy and chunky to sip through a straw like a regular smoothie.. who rides around with spoons? Exactly.. by the time I get to a spoon to finally eat the smoothie it's a juice now.

I went for the second time to buy my favorite bowl and the lady making it was talking on the phone while preparing food and no mask on. That’s crazy. She was preparing my order and another guy from the drive through and she was talking all over the food. No sanitary at all

The Cashier was clearly sick and sneezing everywhere. The next day I got the flu 😐. Smoothie was really good though

I’ve been at the window for 10 minutes without even being greeted. Nobody said good morning… it’s gonna be just one moment… completely ignored as associates just kept walking by the window

I asked for no chicken extra rice they left out everything else from the wrap and loaded it with lettuce. I went back and they did the same thing again. Will never go back

I have been purchasing from this establishment since they opened the doors due to its closeness to my work. I have never had an issue before last week. I have been using the convenient app to order my food and walk over to pick it up. Never had any type of issue. Last week there was an error when I ordered a smoothie. I backed out of it and reordered once again, still showed an error. I then let a co-worker order on her online app. Once again it showed error. She went to the facility and paid cash for my Smoothie. I looked on my online bank account and both transactions had came out of my bank account in the amount of 8.22 per order. Also my co-worker was also charged the 8.22. In the end Tropical Smoothie came out with a surplus of 24.66 and I got nothing. I did contact the store and gave my name and personal cell phone number and was told a Manager would call. I did not hear from anyone. I called back a few days later and was given the direct phone number to the Manager and called and left voicemail because no-one answered the phone. I explained in detail what happened and I still have not heard back. This is 6 days later. I am very disappointed in this managers customer service. I will not purchase from here again.

I love the food ! My only complaint is when the man hands the card reader out the drive thru and it has a 15% tip mandatory added .That just rubs customers the wrong way !
