Ordering with the app was easy. As always delicious, and great quality for the price. I live an hour away and it is always requested by the kids when we are in Jackson.

The Birria tacos were soggy and not well seasoned. The beans and rice was meh. the salsa taste like some dish water maybe got into it. And the birria sauce was minimally seasoned oil. Memphis has wayyyyy better food.

Tulum has great fish tacos!

I'm almost being too friendly by giving this a two-star rating it's probably should be one the place is good in the sense that the guys are nice at the front and the ladies and what not but they're very very slow took a long long time to get two tacos ready and some black beans and when I got the food it was almost my lunch break was almost over and it just wasn't worth it and the food wasn't really prepared right black beans were cold and kind of crunchy like it weren't really cooked through the right temperature and then it was just such a long time they just didn't show much hustle hang in there and try to move forward from there it took way too long and it wasn't very fresh food today

This was my first visit to Tulum. I ordered the birria tacos on a recommendation from the group I was eating with. They were really very good. The air wasn't working that day so it was a little uncomfortable on the inside but they had the ceiling fans going which helped. Despite this we had a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon lunch.

They have great customer service but the food is horrible. It doesn’t have any flavor at all. I wasted my money today. If I had known I would have just went to chipotle or moe’s. The queso and the rice bowl was not good at all. Meat not seasoned and it’s like they only gave me a spoon of cheese and a spoon of sour cream. The limes were so dry that no juice came out. will never ever eat here again. I’m a big foodie and I am big on presentation and taste.

We had a delivery order and they did not follow the special instructions on one of the meals. They had to scrape all the tomatoes, onions and guacamole off the top before they could eat it.

Great San Diego Style Eats

I’ve been a regular customer at Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill for quite some time. On what should’ve been a routine visit to place an order for my child, I experienced treatment that left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome.

When I approached the counter, the owner, Daryl Fortner, appeared noticeably cold and indifferent. I was wearing a Tennessee shirt and hat with orange details — and I could clearly sense a shift in his energy and attitude the moment he looked at what I was wearing. I remained polite and respectful, but his demeanor was uninviting and dismissive.

I later reached out to management to share what happened, hoping it would be addressed professionally. While the manager acknowledged I was a regular customer, no resolution or assurance was offered.

I’m sharing this experience because I believe that all customers should feel welcome, respected, and treated fairly, regardless of race or appearance. This situation has happened more than once, and I’m speaking out because I believe in fairness, equity, and accountability in business.
