I've only visited the Union location twice, but it hasn't been a good experience either time. Today we ordered queso, but never received it. We were finally brought chips after 10 minutes. 45 seconds later I got my tacos, which were fine. Another few minutes later, my wife's enchiladas were brought out. They were wrong (some kind of meat instead of just the cheese she ordered), and the cheese inside them was burnt so bad she couldn't eat them.I'm not saying I never had an issue at the Carriage House location, but the failure rate was much less. Combine it with the atmosphere (rude, loud customers) and I have no desire to come back. Maybe if the CH location eventually reopens I'll give it a chance again. But not the Union location.

Unquestionably the best Mexican food in West Tennessee, which sounds like damning with faint praise, but is not. If you need to eat one meal in Jackson, Tulum is the one you want.
Very good as usual. We miss the other store, its quite a bit out of the way to go to Thompson Farms however, the two locations were as different as daylight and dark. @Newer location: Food is better, service is quicker and the portions are larger.

This was my first visit to this establishment. There are so many choices on the menu. The staff was friendly and patient. They referred the best sellers on the menu. Fast and accurate service. By the time I went to the restroom and came back to the table; my order was ready. Hot and Fresh. Very clean

This is by far the best Mexican food in west TN... The freshest flavor and the best tamales ever .. fish tacos to die for. Friendly staff incredibly quick serviceVegetarian options: I mean this place deals in fresh Vegas they have about 15 things that are all vegan no meat , very cantina freshDietary restrictions: My wife loves this place and she is on some of the craziest dietary restrictions, no rice no beans no gluten etc etc if my wife can eat here anyone can

Went in for lunch. I had shrimp tacos and my friend had the Cancun bikini wrap. Comes with chips and salsa and rice and refried beans. Salsa bar has several levels of heat to try. Margarita was average, not worth $9. Staff was awesome.Vegetarian options: Great and big veggie wrap! 2 meals.Kid-friendliness: They have booths and there was a TV with cartoons on.
