My chicken biscuit and hash brown patties were amazing! Very fresh traditional Southern food yum can't wait to go back there! Reminds you of Grandma's kitchen. The workers were all friendly as well!

The fried chicken was fresh and seasoned well. I also enjoyed the tenders, which were moist and a pretty decent size. I not a big fan of biscuits, but these were very good. I added some local honey on them and it made them taste so good.
My sides were the baked beans, which were very good. I also got the wedges, I was not impressed as they seemed to have the “frozen” taste. The Mac n cheese was way too soggy for my taste.

I would recommend dining here.

Didnt expect the food to be soooo good!! I had the biscuits and gravy with the country fried steak on top. I mean, that was the best thing I ate that day! Definitely going back!

So I just left Umphrey’s in Jackson Tn and when I say I am one of the loyal customers ever! They have a young girl pregnant running the window today with no customer service experience. This is wing Wednesday I have never waited on wings on Wednesday and if I do they will tell me how long the wait. The. menu has one price with my receipt showing another price with her telling me not asking me did I want to wait, the wings went up in price and laugh that the menu is different with an extra charge for using a card. I ask for my money back with a manager now having an attitude out of breath rude and gave me my money back but not my extra fee for using a card! I go to Umphrey’s every week they always have great service but today they are the worst ever! I will never spend a dime there anymore! They lost a faithful customer!

They have the very best fried chicken and sides!! The only thing missing is the sorghum for those delicious buttered biscuits! The staff is outstanding, making you feel welcome and have the want to to go back!

Arrived at 7pm on a Friday, went inside after ordering thu the drive thru and got yelled at by the employees. The inside closes at 5pm. My 2 small children needed to use the restroom. They said they already cleaned their bathrooms and we couldn't use them. Our order was wrong. They charge you more if you pay with a card. Terrible.
