Today I went in WH, and the 4th time I'm charged for something they didn't add. I asked for my onions on my hash browns, and once again--nothing. I was told they were inside, and they weren't. This has happened before, even a time a sandwich was missing. On top of going in there on a previous time and to employees were arguing with customers, I keep getting charged for items they don't give me.

I had probably the absolute worst experience ever last night. I came around 3… and during the time I came in… they weren’t busy as much and didn’t have many customers in store. It took the workers ONE WHOLE HOUR to even bring out cups of WATER and we asked NUMEROUS times. I ended up getting my plate of food at 4:45 which is absolutely ridiculous and on top of that there was MULTIPLE strands of HAIR found in my food. This place is a joke

Let me tell you my first time coming in here was on Saturday morning and it was so good I came back Sunday because I thought of the food all day… if I don’t see rockstar Riley the cook, keontra or Jessica there on my weekends now I don’t want it.. they took great care of me and I will forever be a customer there because of it from the cooking to the service

Horrible customer service, Waited over 40 minutes for a simple order that I ordered during my work break. Nurah one of the waitresses burned 4 waffles in that span of time because she went out to smoke and talk. Portion size was very small and no acknowledgement of the wait within that time frame.

Oh man, I have not had a bad experience at a Waffle House but this place was pretty bad, I got a borderline raw waffle lmao. It was barely getting some color on it and it was served to me white. My hash browns were barely cooked, and eggs tasted fishy somehow, and I seen the cook on the phone the whole time with no gloves. Usually when I see cooks they’re focused and WITH gloves.

Chane was my waitress and she was amazing! Beyond friendly and welcoming. I would honestly come back to this WH based on the overall customer service and atmosphere! Chane definitely deserves some recognition for her service and dedication! She is a gem here.
