Walked in at 6:05am and was told it was to-go only. Sign says to-go from 8:30PM-6am. I asked if I could stay and eat since it was after 6am and she said she was the only one there so I had to do to-go due to no staff. At first I was annoyed but then realized that this young lady got up and came to work when no one else did. She did a fantastic job but unfortunate that management of the store and the rest of the staff doesn't have the same level of care that she does.

I went here at 5am on 10/9/24 it was two gentlemen in their one on the grill and one cleaning...very nice very sweet and he cooked my food with love ill be back at 5am again

Showed up at 10pm on Saturday, November 9th to the location on Casey Jones with some friends.
As we parked we watched a worker lock the front door. A woman opened the to-go window and told us we could only order to-go. I asked when that started and she said “right now” and that “all” Waffle Houses did that. The sign on the window said the to-go window was from 11:30p-6:00a and Google and Apple both had the store listed as open 24/7.
The rest of the staff was sitting down on their phones. We drove to the location on Highland where we were promptly SEATED and received wonderful service from Tawana.
Obviously the staff at Casey Jones was either misinformed or simply lazy. Either way, won’t be back to that location.
One of the worst waffle House experiences in my life, the staff was incredibly disrespectful they were caught in a lie about being open, and when we questioned it they reacted in a way that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Certainly no problem if this is a standard for waffle house, but I know I will never be back.
