The lady over charged me and service was not good at all didn't have silverware or anything I usually stop by the least 3 times a week but want be stopping if this crew is working

Visited this location on 11/24/2024 and encountered some of the best customer service at a waffle house location. My server was Yuri ( I'm spelling it like it sounds I'm not sure about the correct spelling). She was excellent and very attentive to customers. The cook on duty between 215pm-3pm did an awesome job as well getting everyone's orders out in a timely manner and everything was plated well and tasted delicious.
Love waffle house waffles and coffee! This is one of the nicer Waffle Houses I have been to and the service is always great! Best grits I have had!

Shout out to Team Store 2280! I lost a receipt last month for my expense report and the Manager (Nicole) got with her AP team and got it handled; Food is great too! Server (Big Rudder) keep the mood great too!

I work all hours. In the past 90 days. 2 or 3 time . They are closed for some reason. They are in there cleaning the place.
The doors were locked and the staff just ignored us! Worst Waffle House I have been too. Never got any food.

I ordered online was sent updates on my order and was told it was ready for pickup but when i show up there was a hand written note on the door saying they are closed and I've tried calling only to find they don't accept calls anymore so apparently I won't be getting that money back.
