Waffle house parkstone place Jackson tn is the worst in Jackson. Roaches flies and an old grumpy cook named Joe who eats the food as he cooks it and he handles the food sometimes bare hand😠🤢🤮🤮
Tammy was very hospitable and extremely friendly. Made our afternoon meal a very pleasant experience! Good was grilled to perfection and very tasty. The crew was actively cleaning and marking the restaurant appealing. Restroom was clean. Hand dryer was no working. Plenty of paper towels available though.
Visited this location on 11/24/2024 and encountered some of the best customer service at a waffle house location. My server was Yuri ( I'm spelling it like it sounds I'm not sure about the correct spelling). She was excellent and very attentive to customers. The cook on duty between 215pm-3pm did an awesome job as well getting everyone's orders out in a timely manner and everything was plated well and tasted delicious.
