The Wendy's in Jackson has terrible customer service, but it's hard to find an establishment in Tennessee where the employees display good customer service skills.

These great people went above and beyond to serve us or order. We had just left the hospital and because we were noticed helping someone else out they decided to recognize us and make my youngest son's day a little brighter. Thank you all!

Went through the drive thru last night, Dona, was very nice polite and offered great customer service. Our food was fresh, order was accurate and food was great.

The staff here is over the top friendly nice with good vibes. I don’t care how bad my mood is. They always brighten my day up. I always get fresh food and it’s always good but I think the staff make the food even better. They are always working hard even when they’re over busythey always do their best to handle everybody needs. This is the best Wendy’s and the only Wendy’s I will ever go to in the city no matter where I’m at.
My brother and I stopped in and got a burger meal and some regular nuggets, food alittle stale but ok at first. I was happily eating the nuggets not even looking when I tossed 1 one in and immediately relised I was in trouble, it was 1 of there spicy ones instead. I immediately went red and had to be epi penned. I'm allergic to peppers and was in trouble. I will never go there again or any Wendy's. If a Mexican restaurant can avoid killing me on accident I'd expect better if a burger joint.
