My brother and I stopped in and got a burger meal and some regular nuggets, food alittle stale but ok at first. I was happily eating the nuggets not even looking when I tossed 1 one in and immediately relised I was in trouble, it was 1 of there spicy ones instead. I immediately went red and had to be epi penned. I'm allergic to peppers and was in trouble. I will never go there again or any Wendy's. If a Mexican restaurant can avoid killing me on accident I'd expect better if a burger joint.

I'm 35 and this is my first time ever in life trying Wendy's....OMG i got to the window me and my kids food was ready to go no sitting...I usually eat my fries on the way home....food was good and hot I got the number 6 and two kids meals....I'm ready to go to bed now I'm good and full yall keep up the good work I will be back tomorrow

We bought 85.00 in burgers and fries Saturday and they gave us cold old fries and Burgers that you couldn't eat. Everything was cold and old .Bad Business. Will Never eat there again

The woman at the drive-thru was really sweet and nice and took her time and we did not know what we wanted when we got up to the window but she let us take our time and look at the menu until we were ready

9:09 am , 9-20-24, I drove up, counted 11 cars in drive through so I went inside. It is very obvious drive through is the priority here. There wasn't a till out up front, so when I eventually was waited on, my order had to be rang up at the drive through register. A couple came in behind me, got tired of waiting on went across the street to McDonald's. I don't blame the workers there at all, many corporations are so focused on drive through times, and that's the metric that they are judged on, so everything else tends to get forgotten.
Bottom line is that in person service also needs to be a priority.
When you are open, staff the front counter.

I hope the owners see these reviews. The lady working window with short hair shouldn’t be working at window at all. Horrible customer service. Received off brand ranch, one unit for three meals. Even when I stated at the speaker I would pay for extra. Always missing things in bag when she’s working.

Came through here this morning at 7:30 am. Had 30 minutes to get to my appt which is 5 mins away. Took me 19 mins to get to the window only to be told to pull around because my 4 pc French tst sticks were cooking. We didn’t get the sweet tea we ordered and no spoon to eat the biscuits & gravy. Husband walked in to get his tea and a spoon. Line was long and nobody was at counter. Also, there was a cockroach climbing up the post at the drive thru window ???We will never come to this location again.
