We generally eat there a few times a month but, no more at this South location. Worst experience ever. Nuggets were almost burnt,cold fries,drink machine empty, & they purposely dressed my burger buns inside out. I did go back to the counter to let the cashier know,manager listening, & never acknowledged the problem.

I went through the drive thru at Wendy's S. Highland today. I ordered 2 large Chili's, and they were cold like they had just came out of the refrigerator. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was told there wasn't a manager there, that she would be back tomorrow, I just find that hard to believe. Anyway I don't know if they're safe to heat and eat or not.

My husband ordered online. Didn't even get half of what we ordered. Both ordered a burger combo. And got 2 chicken sandwiches. No fries with that one drink. Grandkids ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets didn't even get their fries with that. Replace milk for something different we got milk. Y'all really need to get workers who actually look to see what they are doing. I want what I paid for. Not just gathering a guessing meal from whoever decided to just put what they want in my bag. I will not eat at south jackson wendys again.

I would not recommend coming here late at night. I Was asked to pull forward which I imagined due to food being cooked. Food was cold, fries were soggy chicken nuggets raw. Employee came out with jeans and T-shirt and just tossed me the bag of food.
