Super nice staff!
Employees are usually nice. Service and time to get food is random. Sometimes it's good others it has taken almost 1/2 hr (I order ahead). All but 1 visit there was something wrong or missing, I noticed once I was home. I like that I can see what allergens are in the food and it tastes decent.
Dietary restrictions: I can't have soy and though many items have it I can usually figure out what I can't have quickly.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals aren't that great but they are a good price.
Wheelchair accessibility: Should be easy to access with a wheel chair

Extremely rude for no reason. Don't appreciate getting yelled at with an attitude at the drive-thru speaker. If you don't like your job, then quit. Didn't even order, just left.

I bought #6 with a large Coke and a large chocolate Frosty from the drive through . I got back to my hotel. I open up the Frosty grab the spoon took a bite and it tasted weird. Try it again. It tasted weird. That’s when I realize it was sour. It was spoiled. I tried calling them from the phone number on Google. Nobody answered. I tried again. Nobody answered. I was like I’m just gonna have to drive over there. I talk to them. I said that the Frosty was bad that it was spoiled. I said how do you pay I said I paid in the drive-through with a credit card that you didn’t give me a receipt . He said well I need that card. I said it’s back at my hotel. Well, I’m not giving you money without that card. I said I don’t want the money. I’ll just leave a review.
That’s when they told me.
It’s not our frosty.
It’s your taste buds that are bad.

The krabby patty sandwich sauce with the fixings of onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickle on a single patty and regular bun deemed to be good. I was hungry, and it served! Add extra sauce if you order it, if you like. The sandwich has a different flare to it by the cut of the pickles.. I think.
The price was very reasonable under $7.
The workers did their job and didn't pull me up to the door or reserved area. I sat at the window at an established time enough to know my burger was coming fresh.
No bad vibes at the drive-thru. Yes I went back twice.. singing Krabby Burger song, "For you and me!"

Please get this manager some training ...11:55 lunch time on Sunday Oct /6/2024...nasty attitude.I Said my food was for dine in and it was in a bag ..and didn't put it on the tray either....said " i didn't know wat it was for frowning up in face " but smiling in the other folks face.... SMH not coming back!!!!

We went for two drink only. They took our drink order and when we got to the window they tell me they don't have my drink. Choose something else. Why take my order? Tell me that you don't have it. Poor business!
