Two times in a row I came here at 11:30 pm and sat at the drive through ordering station for 15 minutes and no one taking my order. What’s the point in being open till 1 am ??? The work ethic of the crew is non existent.

Thank you for your selfless sacrifice to the community and your commitment to excellence. From the friendly ‘Go ahead’ greeting at the drive through menu to the wonderfully thrown food bag at the window, this staff knows how to make a person feel like they like they got a good value for their hard earned, undervalued dollar. This is the worst place every I would not recommend going here I we there around 11:30 at night and sat a the drive thur speaker for 20 min so I proceed to go to the window and I get up the manager white lady told me that I can not order and that if I don’t move she was going to call the cops so I she did and I left I spent over 45 min wit no food to return from the trip to Wendy’s

Got a biggie bag around 11am. Food was hot and fresh. This is the best in town. Very consistent and always great service.

Hit or Miss...Service is Very slow! Most are not friendly. Once we waited in line at drive through 1 car back from where you place your order for 10 minutes and no one moved in line, we left. Last time there out was almost as slow, but decided to wait it out. Over 15 minutes from placing order to window, then wait at the window. Not sure why they are so slow, appeared to have several inside working... or maybe they weren't working ??

Horrible!!! I went 11/25/2023 7:40pm. Very rude! I told the cashier I wanted to use a coupon as well as my rewards points. She rung me up. When I got to the Win dow very rude n making m we wait longer than I have too our spiteThen she didn't take off for my rewards but only the 3off coupon I had. I had ??? So I asked for my receipt that she did not give me to see if she took off for the kids meal on my rewards it did n9t take it off! The manager said nothing she can do it don't use reward and offer on the app at same time, but I don't understand why she didn't say this when I was ordering and on top of that it still took my rewards points like I got it for free. I will neva be back. I really loved going to this Wendy's and shopping with them since I come 1 to 2 times a week. But I want be back. Cashier rude and the Manger rude did nothing to help the situation or to solve it. Also the manger refuse to give me her name. This is very poor management.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. What is the point in "fast" food if you have to wait an hour for food? I waited 15 minutes for someone to even ask me what I wanted. No movement. Then after the 45 minute wait, no apology. They were even rude. I am here on 11/14 at 4 pm.
