I have been here twice in 2 weeks to pick up door dash orders, and they are never ready. At my last pick up, there were 2 ladies working moving with no urgency. I talked to another customer who had been there for 1 hour waiting for food. There were several customers who had been waiting for a long time to get their food. Poor staffing and service. The manager needs to staff more appropriately for Friday and Saturdays.

The food was good it just took awhile to get it. It was due to the limited amount of employees working. Also we ordered a family pack of wings and did not receive veggies or fries.

It’s been quite some time since I’ve been back to this location and never again. I ordered food online and there was a 20-25 minute wait per the order details. Showed up thinking I would wait about 10 minutes and ended up waiting a whole hour, along with every other person that came in. There were about 20 people waiting on online orders and everyone was complaining about the wait time. After waiting all that time, my wings were soggy. I ordered well done wings and they were barely done, forget well done. Never again, waste of time and money.

The manager was super nice. I had a horrible experience, but it wasn't Wingstop itself. It was with the door dash. The manager fixed what was wrong with my order. Super nice. Will be going back.

Had an online order. Was waiting in shop. They were short staffed. Gentleman running then register was also bagging food and cooking. Between the flood of walk ins, doordash, and people trying to pay with cash ( cashless restaurant) Gentleman lost his shit and quit. Luckily my food was the last one he was working on. The last cook in there finished it for me and I got to leave. The 20+ people still in there. No so lucky.

placed order and headed there. waited an hour at the store. they told me they did not get my order. blamed it on the website. asked to see my receipt. i showed them and then they decided to look through their receipts and found my order. turns out they let someone else pick it up. yet every single time i’ve been in their prior to this they have asked to see my receipt before letting me pick up my order. why is it different now where they can just let anyone take off with someone else’s order. remade my food for me and the fries were not done with the seasoning just dumped on top. wings were way too over seasoned. i won’t be going back here.

We went in the Jackson, TN Wingstop today for the first time in a long time due to some of the issues mentioned by other reviewers.
BUT, it turns out that they’re under new management as of last month, and it’s a MUCH DIFFERENT PLACE now!
The manager was smiling and welcoming. The employees were enjoying their work and working well together. The chicken and fries were hot and delicious.
It’s well worth the visit now!
