Me and my husband took our girls here for their birthday and it was the absolute worst customer service and food! We paid $70 and didn’t get half our order! When I went to complain and request a refund the so called general manager told me she was the general manager and didn’t have a “boss” and refused to give me a refund and accused us of eating half of it which we did not! We heard her talking about us to other employees and them laughing! The absolute worst unprofessional place I have ever been! Will never be back and make sure I spread the word!
Don’t expect any help from them if you order online and receive an error message.Because they will charge your card but never get the order.Then tell you to go to the bank to figure it out all while trying to charge you again for the same order that you was already charged for 0 out of 10 for sure for the Jackson Tn store location

I hate to leave a 1 star review because the wings are so good, but we tried to get take out tonight and it was a disaster. When we walked in, people had been waiting over an hour for both dine in and online orders. There was no organization to getting people’s names when they walked in, no customer service or apologizing for the delay. The workers seemed overwhelmed, but the problem is that online it tells you it will be ready it a certain time frame and it’s taking over an hour past that time frame. That has to be fixed. I ended up leaving and will be calling to get my money back.

This Wingstop is the absolute worst restaurant I’ve been to in my life. You order online and it shows it’s ready, you show up and will sit at least an hour or more watching 4-6 employees stand around, wiping counters, on phones, going in and out the back entrance, and a room full of unhappy customers. The food is good but you can be sure you’re waiting at least 2 hours or more to get a $20 order of wings. Good luck.

Where do I start. I walked in and the place was half full with most everyone waiting on their food. I placed my to go order. The cashier said it would be 18-20 minutes. While I was ordering, an individual ask about his order to which the cashier replied, it is being made. Over an hour later and that individual, myself and others were all waiting on our food. Most were DoorDash or online orders. All waiting for over an hour. After seeing an individual whom had order 5 minutes Pryor get their food before me, I finally said something. I was told they were working on my order. Finally, after another 5-10 minutes I got my food. What should have been 18 to 20 minutes took over an hour. After waiting this long I expected my food to be fresh and hot. I was wrong. It was warm at best. The only positive was the cashier working trying to keep track of orders going to the correct person. A big deal with so many people waiting. The cooks on the other hand took their time. Had they moved any slower, they would have been standing still. If you want hot food in a timely manner, I do not recommend going to Wing Stop in Jackson TN.
If I could leave 0 I would. I walked in with at least 7 others waiting as well to pick up or order. Some waiting over 10 minutes (that I talked to anyway) if not way longer. I was there 5 minutes before the woman came up to talk to anyone. She was so rude and dismissive of most of us. I told her my last name and she said okay then walked away. Didn't ask my first name or anything to help find the order, which another employee used after 30 minutes of waiting. The other employees were rude when I said I asked the woman stating "you didn't talk to me so I can't help you with that". No one had gloves on, the one person who did didn't change them at all even after pulling his phone out of his pocket, and it seemed like that was normal for them. My food was so cold and gross by the time that I got it. On top of it, it looked like a manager meeting was happening in the lobby and they didn't help nor say anything about the employees just standing there on their phones instead of helping people in the lobby.

Poor service all around. Manger of store and staff were rude they gave my food away twice. Then made me wait for 45 mins for 20pcs of wings. Never recommending this place

Placed an online order at 6:07. It’s now been 53 mins and my food is still not ready! Completely unacceptable to have to wait an hour or more on an online order.

I placed an online to go order in which I was told the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. An hour later and I’m still waiting for my food to be started. The kitchen appears to be fully staffed so I’m not understanding the wait. Then the location is cashless so the order has already been paid for. This is unacceptable. I would be less irritated if delays were communicated before I pay for my order. I don’t even live in this area so waiting here is delaying my travel time. Good thing this isn’t my lunch break! Do better!

Trash. Ordered 15 wings and all 15 were drummies. Ordered fries, they were soggy and undercooked. Don't order here. They suck. Not worth your hard earned money.

Drink station was awful. The drinks were so watered down. The food was not very good. The fries were soggy. #wherewasthetrashcan
