Really poorly ran. Unorganized and chaotic when I went in to get my food. I picked up for 12 people, and they gave me 1 bag, the wrong order. I asked for my order and told them I had food for 12 people, and then another person walked back in through the door who also got the wrong order. People standing around while 1 person who had clearly given up is just handing random people random orders.

I DoorDash, and 95% of the time I wait an unreasonable amount of time for relatively small orders. And I always notice other people waiting as well, every time. Y’all gotta do something. It’s ridiculous. I just can’t understand. Hire more people please.

This place has absolutely zero customer service, orders are always extremely late and it's just not a pleasant experience. And to be honest I just don't think they care.
I have been here twice in 2 weeks to pick up door dash orders, and they are never ready. At my last pick up, there were 2 ladies working moving with no urgency. I talked to another customer who had been there for 1 hour waiting for food. There were several customers who had been waiting for a long time to get their food. Poor staffing and service. The manager needs to staff more appropriately for Friday and Saturdays.
