I was there like 20 minutes before closing and they had one car sitting there for like 15 minutes and decided to take there order and didn’t take mine instead they told me they were now closed

No sauce for the chicken and asked for 2. Fries were not done, closer to raw. Bread was cooked in old oil and was not eatable. Sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant. Even McDonald's isn't that bad.

Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes at the speaker while the worker taking orders “closed out tickets” when they finally attempted to take my order, they took an offensive attitude with me when they misheard my order and I corrected them. Please avoid this establishment, in the time it would take to be able to communicate your order you could have gotten literally anything else. I drove away and I do not intend to return.

It takes a special kind of effort to mess up a club sandwhich. Which is exactly what happened on my order then after requesting and having them do a remake the chicken itself was over cooked and the Sandwhich itself just wasn't fulfilling. The fries were awesome though. Great seasoning. The lobby is destroyed and the service is way slower than an average Zaxby's.

I'll start by saying we caught them at a bad time (after church on Sunday) and everyone there was working as hard and efficient as possible but the restaurant was pretty well over capacity.
