The employees were knowledgeable, friendly & patient with us. It took us a minute to decide from their delicious menu! They answered all our questions. The order was hot & accurate! I highly recommend!

I ordered a zenzation salad for lunch yesterday and it was quite disappointing. There was much less chicken than in the past and way too much Asian sauce. The egg roll was burnt to a crisp and the salad was mostly soggy lettuce. This location was never disappointing in the past but it has been a few months since I’ve been there.

This place has delicious salads and chicken and has a friendly, helpful staff. The rewards program is really good as well. You will earn free food before you know it. The restaurant is very attractive and cozy and I highly recommend eating there.

Unfortunately the service was just okay but the food was not good. It did not hold up to what I have had at a Zaxby's before. It was very dried out. Probably would not stop back at this location if I'm coming through town.

The food here is usually pretty good but the service and the atmosphere in the Drive-Thru is ridiculous.. first of all when I pulled up to the window the little girl had no idea which order was mine she asked me for money and I had a mobile order and I told her no I've got a mobile order and she gets like an attitude with me and goes back in and then comes back with a drink and the drink was not supposed to have ice so I told her oh I'm sorry this wasn't supposed to have bite and she likes snatched the drink out of my hand and then when she brought it back she didn't give me a straw and I had to sit there and wait for her to come back to the window to ask for a straw and she gave me an attitude about that too the little girl working the drive-thru this is the 29th July 29th of 2025 and it was right before 5:30 so whoever was working that window is extremely rude and you can tell she doesn't want to be there...

I just can’t seem to have a good experience at this restaurant when it comes to customer service. I came into this location asking the cashier about my points. They were due to expire July 20 but the app had already deducted them from rewards. The cashier, Rosferlene T acted annoyed that I was asking her about the app. She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I’m not sure what the attitude was for. I went back to the car and let my Mother get the food trying to avoid conflict. My Mother said after our interaction she just want friendly. These type of jobs aren’t for everyone. We should always aim to be polite.
