Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food here is usually pretty good but the service and the atmosphere in the Drive-Thru is ridiculous.. first of all when I pulled up to the window the little girl had no idea which order was mine she asked me for money and I had a mobile order and I told her no I've got a mobile order and she gets like an attitude with me and goes back in and then comes back with a drink and the drink was not supposed to have ice so I told her oh I'm sorry this wasn't supposed to have bite and she likes snatched the drink out of my hand and then when she brought it back she didn't give me a straw and I had to sit there and wait for her to come back to the window to ask for a straw and she gave me an attitude about that too the little girl working the drive-thru this is the 29th July 29th of 2025 and it was right before 5:30 so whoever was working that window is extremely rude and you can tell she doesn't want to be there...

We come to Zaxby's 3 x a week and today we come food was not good cold and salty fries not one meal was fresh and this is very disappointing

I just can’t seem to have a good experience at this restaurant when it comes to customer service. I came into this location asking the cashier about my points. They were due to expire July 20 but the app had already deducted them from rewards. The cashier, Rosferlene T acted annoyed that I was asking her about the app. She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I’m not sure what the attitude was for. I went back to the car and let my Mother get the food trying to avoid conflict. My Mother said after our interaction she just want friendly. These type of jobs aren’t for everyone. We should always aim to be polite.

First off they were out of the 8 PC boneless wings so I had to get a 5 PC. Out of ice in the lobby and several of the flavored soft drinks. The 5 PC wasn't big enough to fill up a toddler much less an adult. Pretty ridiculous to pay that kind of money for such a small portion!

Today was my first time placing an online order. I pull up and there’s 2 cars waiting at the speaker so I drive around them and pull up behind the car at the window. The woman at the drive thru window is looking back at me mean mugging like I did something wrong. I pull up to the window. There’s no hello, how can I help you nothing just straight anger. I say I had an online order. “DID YOU STOP AT THE SPEAKER?! 😡 I say no I didn’t know that I had to, this was my first online order. She goes on to fuss about me not stopping at the speaker. I can’t stand misery that loves company. It’s safe to say, that’s my last Zaxby’s visit in South Jackson. It pays nothing to be kind to people as I genuinely did not know. First of all, why would I need to wait at a speaker behind two cars for them to order when I already ordered and paid online. I absolutely despise how rude some people are! If you don’t like the job, kindly find something else. It literally took 10 seconds to go grab my bags of food and my drinks that were already prepared. I pray somebody treats her better than she treated me today.

Then, didn’t even give me a full order of cheese bites!!! Definitely not $5.29 worth. Jesus help me. Smh!

Went through the drive thru, placed my order… ordered a large sweet tea got to the window was handed a regular size drink. I asked the man working the window if he could fix it and he said no and told me to pull forward to wait on my food. The lady who brought out my food I asked her if she would fix my tea and told her what the man had said to me. She went inside to fix my drink and came back out with my same drink (in the regular cup) and said “I’m not going to lie to you they just jumped on my ass and told me to tell you if you want the large to come in and pay for it” I said I already paid for the large and showed her my receipt and she said okay let me go tell them and she came back out with my large. I told her I was sorry for having to dealing with that and she said they have had several employees walk out today from all the arguments they have been having between employees… side note the lady in front of me asked for extra chicken on her loaded fries and he said “they was already made, they couldn’t do that” I won’t be back…

Repeated order at drive thru multiple times. After waiting around 10 minutes at the window with an incorrect drink, we had to hear the employees argue with each other thru the open window. Salad was made incorrectly and also had a bug in it. Wife called the store immediately and the manager wasn't very receptive. Will not return.

There were 2 cars in front of me when I went through the drive through and I wanted over 40 minutes!! Everytime I have come it has been like this.
