Edit: We eat at this restaurant probably the most. We love the chicken sandwiches salads and the chicken strips. It does take a good while to get your order because it's usually so crowded in line. But still you get good food and it's usually hot.But let me complain about the saltiness!! Please back off on the salt, sometimes we have to wipe it off it's bad!! It makes it taste bad with too much of a good thing (SALT)!!!Food was delicious but the service wasn't good!!

Left part of my order out. Talked to someone on the phone and I asked to speak to the manager and they just blew me off and let me speak to the manager. I can't believe they have employees like that there and then don't even apologize or offer anything to compensate for their mistakes. Terrible store and terrible customer

Food was delicious. We had salad with fried chicken and grilled chicken.The good news is that the salad is very fresh and the vegetables are also extremely good. ?Now the bad...they are stingy with the sauce. They give one packet per meal. We asked for a second packet and they seemed reluctant but did us a second packets of both ranch and vinaigrette. But the fresh salad was just too big for that much dressing. However I have to say, the young lady once again gave me more dressing. The atmosphere was loud but otherwiseWheelchair accessibility: The doors we came in looked like to me, a person who sometimes uses a walker, seemed like they would be hard to navigate.

Went in and ordered a salad and a 5 finger plate. Took forever through drive through so I went in, the staff working the counter were slow and talking to each other. My food was sitting on the overhead counter and no one was touching it. A cook, “Hurricane” came behind the counter and gave me the food himself, he was incredibly nice and apologized on his coworkers behalf. He gave me two free cookies and asked If i would like a free drink. The management here is terrible and the front staff are incredibly rude. However Mr. Hurricane and the cooks seemed to be on task. It Made my experience much more pleasant. Whatever he’s getting paid its not enough!

Waited in line for 45 minutes to order. Then get made fun of over a comment I made about my kids. Then get home to find Cole slaw, which I did not ask for, mixed into all my food. Wife's salad didn't come with a fork, and the kids meals were cold.
