Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordered the veggie egg rolls. Not hot, and overcooked. They need help

They told us they are making our food fresh and they asked us to pull to the line. We pulled up and they came out in 2 minutes. Everything in the bag was cold we immediately stopped an employee and gave her the box back and showed her the food was cold. We had PROOF, the manager came out and asked us if we just want a refund and argued with us for 5 minutes when we willingly gave the cold soggy food back!!! Even after I showed him the cold fry he still argued 😂, Some Black guy manager with a bad haircut and low emotional intelligence. How is food made fresh in 3 minutes? Maybe they gave the fresh food to someone else but it wasn’t us! We are on a family trip on a time frame we don’t even have time to be petty about fresh food. Hope he’s fired. I will be calling corporate.

**Above and Beyond! Honest, Kind, and Truly Exceptional!**
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the amazing team at Zaxby’s! On my way to a mission trip in Millington, I accidentally left my pocketbook in the restaurant — and I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later. I was so worried, especially since it had over $600 of cash inside. When I called Zaxby’s, not only had they found it, but they had safely put it away for me.
When I picked it up two days later on our way back from the trip, every single dollar was still there. Nothing had been touched. That kind of honesty and integrity is so rare these days, and it truly meant the world to me.
A huge shoutout to the spectacular manager and staff — they were so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I am beyond grateful for their honesty and their kindness. Thank you, Zaxby’s, for being a bright light in the world.
Order first of 20 people and they got food before me didn’t get food till 15-20 min later and still got order wrong

I’m giving a 5 star review because Mrs. Wanda deserves a 5 star review. I’ve never been to a restaurant multiple times and been greeted as sweetly and joyfully as she gives off. This sweet lady deserves the biggest raise. Yall make sure you do whatever you can to keep her!

I ordered a kiddie cheese and the surf and turf meal for approximately $25…one can only imagine the disappointment I felt when I saw what I received.

The employee taking orders was not at all friendly and was just shy of being rude. The food was good, but there was quite a bit of wait time.

Horrible....... Absolutely pass this place up . Workers all Absolutely sux at their job. Management obviously hired people out of desperation to fill spots .. Nolins bar&grill will serve you better, faster, and more efficiently . The amount of time I wasted waiting at the counter to order, I saw workers confused and just walking back and forth touching everything, including their faces and then grabbing customers' food ... not worth the wait at all trash ...

I forgot to update again. I did get to speak with Christy, the GM. She was very sweet and accommodating. She had them remake my order for me to pick up after work. When I got there, they had waited to make them until I showed up, so it was fresh. Everything was very good and the manager on duty was very sweet as well. Thank you, Christy and team!!!

I have tried contacting them several times. Either the GM is not there or they just don't answer the phone.
I ordered online to pick up after work. Got there and sat in line at the drive through for 25 min with only 3 cars in front of me. They were doing one car at a time from speaker to food then go back to the speaker. I saw a few leave and one got out of line and parked to go in and was still there when I left. Now as for the food. I spend $60 on regular wings and they the worst chicken wings I've ever had. They were so overcooked and tough you couldn't hardly eat them and tasted like cardboard, even with the sauce, and the skin was so rubbery you had to try to peel it off because you couldn't chew it. What a waste of money and time. We won't go back.

just got a chicken filly,cold as kraut,the first time they were good,not now
Went there around 7:12pm 1/13/25 to get a chicken Philly meal, and I was the only person in the line at that time. Took about 2 minutes for someone to come take the order. When I got to the window, my drinks were fixed incorrectly, and I was asked to pull to parking lot and the order would be brought out. I should've known this would end in disaster because every car that came after me were getting told to pull into a numbered slot in the parking lot. After waiting in the car until around 7:40pm, I went inside the restaurant... orders of food were all over the front counter and my order was sitting on the back counter near the drive thru workers. Apparently, no one inside had the brain cells or energy to walk the order outside to the car. Got home, opened the boxes, and the order was wrong! Although the sandwich was fixed correctly, the fries were LOADED with salt. I guess people can't read because I asked for no salt on the fries and it was clearly printed on the ticket. Anyways, I won't be back, and I'm sure they could careless. Be warned, this shift was beyond trifling and lazy.
