The last couple of times we have picked up food from there it was no where near being fresh.
Old food twice, I’m done with Zaxbys.
Was excited to try new bacon chicken ranch loaded fries. They didn’t put not 1 piece of chicken on my fries. Not to mention didn’t give me a fork. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here!
The worst customer service ever. They use to be amazing and now everyone is so rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them. They are out of everything and not willing to accommodate at all. I refuse to spend anymore money with them. This was my third time having a bad experience recently and I have no more chances to give. Do better. Be kind.
