Overall just a bad experience food was hard burned i wouldn't eat here if you paid me too

Took 50 minutes to get food today. All employees looked as if they were in a coma until Krista or Christine (not exactly sure of her name ) showed up to work. Food was regularly in the window from the kitchen and sat there with employees walking past. My order sat for several minutes in the window until I asked if the tray was mine. Yup.... it was. The food was not as warm as I would have liked. There was also a guy in the back walking with an open box of cookie dough. And....wait.... guess what happened? Most of the dough landed on the floor.

While waiting for my food with many other frustrated patrons, people were telling others entering through the door to go elsewhere for lunch. And....yes....many did.

If this is an example of Zaxbys everywhere....they will not be long for this world. I sure hope not.

Must be short on employees waited 30 minutes for a 5 piece with fries. Gotta do better at lunch rush.

Can’t speak to the atmosphere because I went through the drive through. The manager was so handsome it made the food taste a little better. Oh he was also helpful!
My food was fresh and they doubled checked my food order was correct.
I will probably stick with the drive thru since that’s where I saw the muscled up manager but I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

My chicken sandwich was so hard u could break a window with it. Had to try 3 different drinks before one tasted right. Worst one I’ve ever eaten at.

The traditional wings were super dry and sad. I asked for wimpy sauce on it, and they BARELY drizzle any sauce on it. I pay for extra sauce too, and they gave me like a small drop in a container... This is sad!

The service was quick even though there was a long line. The food was hot and fresh. One of the best salads around. Wish they still had Mediterranean salad dressing.

Front service is borderline rude. Prep time for food is SLUGGISH. Food quality is fine. Try a different location for better chicken.
