worst experience i’ve had with any “food” place. almost nothing we ordered was right, very rude, slow service fries were uncooked with no seasoning chicken was horrible only good thing was the sauces.. do better seriously this was 0 effort

Tea was ruined & I told them... They didn't make any new & left the bad out for people.. Don't ask for extra ranch unless u want to pay more.. I've never been charged for extra. The food was good just needed these things addressed.

Do not go to this Zaxbys. They get your order wrong every time and people act like they don’t want to work and end up messing up your order on purpose. They play around and mostly do not get peoples orders right. This place has literally gone in shambles.

We came through the drive thru after 7pm on 8/3/24. The customer service was AMAZING. The young men that were at the window and that took our order over the speaker were so kind!

So take out was bad . Food was slimy not impressed employees were a bit rude possible tired. By the time got home food was slimy runny. We couldn't eat it we tossed it and went somewhere else.

I ordered some wings and things meal and I payed full price and they only gave me just wings when it comes with strips aswell, they also forgot the coleslaw on my strips meal, I will not be coming back i constantly get this service…

Manager went above and beyond customer service by opening store early for us. Clean place and they serve you with a smile. Easy location to avoid traffic.,,, 5 years later times have changed, the last three times I have been it's been useless. I pray for the staff and my own heart as I found myself upset at the service. I went three times and nothing changed for each visit. Never received my orders all resulted in me leaving after waiting 15 minutes or more. I promise I will not be back for a fourth.

Well, initially i had liked zaxby’s environment and i grew up truly enjoying the atmosphere and the food quality! Although, i came in for an interview as a cashier/cook which i have much previous experience in considering i am a server at my other job and handle the register frequently. When i came in, i was seated for a very long time and when the manager Ricky finally “interviewed” me, he did not even ask me for my identification, social security card or really anything to indulge in me possibly being a worker there. I told him of my previous work experiences in both criteria, in which he disregarded me after telling me he would be back 15 minutes later and said i did not have enough experience for the job. Truly i would have been understanding, had he at least tried to get to know me and possibly seen that i truly would have been a great worker. Not to mention, a few of my friends just were hired a few days later and they had been asked for ID & SS cards. I feel there was discrimination and it was all a very rude and unprofessional experience in my opinion to the point where this is my first time writing a review for any industry.
