If I could leave zero stars for the service here than I would. They have the $5 bowls and we ordered 2 Famous Bowls and 2 of the Matty bowls. Upon getting the Matty bowl for my daughter I noticed it had only a few fries and looked nothing like the picture at all as you can see below. I took it immediately back to cashier Jennifer and asked if they could put a few more fries in it or give her the Famous bowl because we were under the impression that it would have more fries in it based off the picture. The Famous Bowls were fine and looked like the picture and I get they are not going to be overflowing with food but the bowl she got was ridiculous. Jennifer then explained well it’s not gonna look like the picture and that’s all you get in there but even my bowl had more. I guess she could tell I was getting pissed because she was being very, very rude. If the food isn’t supposed to look nothing like the pictures like she said then why are they there?? I don’t know if she is a manager or just someone who really hates their job but I’ve NEVER been talked to or treated like that over a few fries. I will be talking to corporate. This is the bowls before we even touched them. It looked like the one had a bite taken out of one of the cheese curds as well. Very disappointing with this location. I never have an issue with my order from KFC. However, the last time I ordered the fries were so brown they were almost burned and so salty they were inedible. When I called the restaurant they argued with me about it. I got firm and they said they'll replace them. I just have to figure out how to get there as I'm in a wheelchair. They told me to find a way there after I explained I did delivery because I'm in a wheelchair. Ugh!
