My chicken tasted a little over cooked and my fries tasted like they were cooked the day before
I never have an issue with my order from KFC. However, the last time I ordered the fries were so brown they were almost burned and so salty they were inedible. When I called the restaurant they argued with me about it. I got firm and they said they'll replace them. I just have to figure out how to get there as I'm in a wheelchair. They told me to find a way there after I explained I did delivery because I'm in a wheelchair. Ugh!

Today I went to pick up a meal for our church. It was a meal for a funeral. It was a call in from the night before it was not ready. I waited for over an hour I also was talked to so disrespectful and told I smelt like an ashtray. I was overcharged $100. And then the preacher's wife had to drive back because they didn't put our food in that we ordered. The manager also yelled at her employees and talk to them awful. The other customers that was in the store also had to wait almost an hour on their food. I didn't mind the wait at all. It was how I was treated.

Dude who too my order was pushy and seemed like he hates his life. I should have read the reviews before going here. I was reminded why this is the second time in 20 years I’ve eaten kfc and now I know why. Food sucks, my 5 piece was like 3 piece with some fried breading for the other 2, mashed potatoes taste worse than the cheapest instant potatoes you can buy. And both busicuts you could play hockey with. Very little ice in the tea so it was warm. The lady who brought my food was nice. But here’s a photo of the $13 pathetic dinner. Never again

We couldn't order all of our food because of drive thru time when nobody was in the drive thru to begin with so we had to pull back around and order the third order. Then they didn't give us sweet tea when we asked and just left sugar in the bottom of the cup didn't offer to stir it. They said it would be done the second time around and it wasn't even done. Then they proceeded to make the manager ask us to pull around when we didn't get the tea after we said it wasn't sweet enough. I have never met an establishment such as this one. Personally Mc Donald's would have been better. Don't waste your time or money.
