stopped on my home from working 3rd shift to get an iced coffee and a McGriddle. paid at the first window and pulled to the next one to get my order and was handed my McGriddle and told to pull up and wait and someone would be out with my coffee. I waited for 17 minutes and finally pulled around and parked and got out and went in to ask for my money back. the guy that told me up pull up and wait walked back to the counter by the drive thru and picked up an iced coffee that was sitting there and handed it to me. I got in my truck and left and took a drink and it wasn't fit to drink. it was watered down because almost all the ice had melted in the almost 20 minutes it had apparently been sitting there on the counter. I can't believe they would serve somebody something like that. I wont go back there ever again.

Burgers are not good and not fixed with pride they are slapped together. The service is good with the older employees but the younger ones ( the teenagers) are not as friendly. The atmosphere I can't rate because I always go thru the windowWheelchair accessibility: They do have handicap parking and easy access to enter the door for what I could notice I went thru the drive thru window

One of the employees Carol Webb. Today, less then 30 minutes ago she served someone and was passive aggressive to them. Even pointing and talking abt the girl that walked in to her coworker. And was snarky when handing the food over and wouldn't even look at her. This girl she did this to, Carol has harrased on fake accounts outside of work. It is very unprofessional for an employee to be bringing drama outside of work into work. There needs to be something done about this, no one should be harrased for wanting to get food.

Buck Ann! At this Jamestown location. Told my husband to turn around and go back home and GET MY PHONE to even get my food when I PAID for a code to pick it up??? He drives all the way back just for her to tell me on the phone that it was magically there now. After she had just told me some long made up story about the phone HAS to be on the premises to accept my order.... thats crazy cause my phone never left my house...Then gave my husband a hard time because he came through lobby and sent it to the drive through!! I don't know what to say to yall other then this was poor customer service and if someone lived far away I would hope you wouldn't be such an awful human to them!!! Hope you enjoy this one star review.

It's McDonald's, to me it's the same no matter what location you eat at. They seem to be getting orders correctly for the most part. You always usually had to check and make sure your order is in the bag,I still do no matter what restaurant drive-thru it is. McDonald's I would have to say is one of the better restaurants in Jamestown but if the fries are not fresh they still suck. To me they really good hot but BK and Wendy's and DQ has better fries,just my opinion.
